The spirit craves peace. He wishes to find his proper place in the Other World,

but the unjust nature of his death has denied him that.

Is there anything that can be done, to change this?

In Druid lore, only the atonement of the perpetrator can bring the spirit peace.

Uther's dead. He can't atone for what he did.

The spirit has a hold over him that may be too powerful to break.

All we can hope is that he is found before he has a chance to enact his revenge.
