the art of conversation is dying.

and you have to repeat
everything he says.

Well, why shouldn't I?

No, I figure I can hold my own
with the rest of the guys that want to date you,

but a father
is unfair competition!

Well, he's not

Then why does he keep
forgetting to tell you when I call?

an answering service.

I think he's always treated you very well.

he turned the hose on me?

That was an accident. But he enjoyed it.

We've been introduced

He is good company.

the rest of your life with him?

Yeah, he's good company
for some things.

and fathers are great for doing fatherly-type things.

But for other things--
