that all the living creatures

got to enjoy the sunsets.

This lush Eden went on like this
for centuries.

Until one night,

Henry saw something red hot
falling from the sky.

Sticking out further
than the others,

a tiny spark landed
in his branches

igniting into fierce flames.

The fire consumed Henry,
turning him to ash.

When the forest awoke
the next morning,

a blanket of sadness
took hold.

Everyone stared at the embers
with a heavy heart.

But then something
truly magical happened.

The heat from the fire
opened a seed

that had fallen
from Henry's branches,

causing them to take root.

From death came new life.

Other trees grew tall
and reached the clear sky

experiencing it as Henry did.
