Starsky & Hutch, what appeared to be a routine apprehension

turned into an encounter
with a killer plague.

Ironically, the only man
to hold a cure

is an international assassin
whose target is no less than top syndicate chief Charles Roper.

Callendar is a fugitive
from both sides of the law.

If we don't find the source,

race against time to bring Callendar back alive,

Starsky is soon left alone
to fight a more personal battle.

The plague that threatens
an entire city has claimed Hutch as its latest victim.
