Lobbyists are going
to have to argue

on the merits of their bills.

I could argue
it's unconstitutional:

money equals speech.

But we don't allow bribery,

that's speech

for lobbying reform

when Fields introduced it
three years ago.

he had a nicotine fit,

and started screaming at me that
he has to get back to shore.

I say, "No, no,
we haven't caught any fish yet,

and we're not going back
until we fill up this bucket."

Well, we'd brought
a shotgun along

in case we ran
into any bears.

Leo picks
up the gun,

fires it into the water,
both barrels.

He reloads and fires again.

Pretty soon, fish are rising
to the surface all around me.

He calmly turns to me and says,

"Now, give me the damn bucket,
please."

( laughter )
