Hello, my dear friends, welcome back.

So, so happy to see you.

And we are going to start in about five minutes.

As usual, just a friendly reminder.

Please get a glass of water or one gallon, two gallons of water

put in the final view.

And because while we are doing the chanting and blessing

and the energy is automatically going to bless your water.

And this water will become healing water for you.

So, now you may say how I'm going to use the water

if I have two gallons.

You can use it to give your pet, you can bless your plants

and many things you can do.

I'm not only just drink.

So, please do that.

So, get yourself comfortable and make sure you have the list of things

you want to work on.

So, put our list right down.

The people you want to send energy to, like your mom and your dad

or your daughter and your grandchildren or your dear friends

and who needs healing from us.

And so, right down, a list of the people you want to send energy to.

Then, during the meditation and we'll turn in to send energy together

to help them with healing.

Of course, you need to have a list of things.

What you want to do for yourself.

So, that is the purpose.

That is why you are here.

So, then we'll all put our love together to send healing energy

to help you with any levels of healing and spiritual growth.

So, it's about three minutes to the top of the hour.

So, please get yourself ready, my dear friends.

Now, it is two minutes to the top of the hour now, my dear friends.

When you come to the camera or come to the zoom,

please make sure you bring your smile to the camera.

Because smile stands for start my internal love engine.

And the most powerful healing energy is unconditional love, as you know.

So, we bring this unconditional love together with us from all of the world.

Now, we are going to create a chief field, a powerful chief field,

all of the world to help this world to become a better place for every species of life

to enjoy for this year.

Right? Well, some people are asking us what, in which way is better?

Can we just sit down and meditate together and chat together with us

or we can lay down? That's solely your choice.

But at the very beginning, I would encourage you to sit.

If you want to stand, that's okay too.

Sit, pay respect to our masters, our Tibetan Hmong friends,

to our ancestors.

So, up to the call to point the masters energy and getting ready,

then you can lay down.

Let's see, it's only half an hour.

All right, so my dear friends, it's on the top of the hour.

So, welcome back.

Thank you so very much for taking your time, your unconditional love,

and your healing energy from within to join us in this seven days blessing

for the year 2024.

You know what?

Yesterday, we have people from 146 countries to turn in to listen to us.

Isn't that wonderful?

Together in the world, we have 195 countries, but 106 people from 146 countries,

and this is just so, so awesome.

This is what exactly we want, and the world, our world, really needs us now.

Because in this way, we can create such a powerful,

chief field, energy field to help this world with a deep blessing,

especially for this year 2024.

And there's a lot of people calling in from Germany, from United States,

of course, Canada, and degrees in Spain, Australia,

I just named a few of them, and some people come,

even calling from some small countries, like Namibia,

and so I am just so, so touched, and all our young friends,

and they're just so, so happy to hear that, to see that.

So thank you, thank you, thank you so very much.

The more people we join together, the more powerful the healing energy will be,

and then the more powerful healing energy you are going to get,

and every species of life in the world to get.

So people have been asking me about the special program we offer,

and say, now, this is what we do.

When you sign up for this special program, and for extra healing and protection,

and so our Tibetan long friends and myself will spend extra time to do blessings

according to what you request.

And so we'll do it every day, also, and yesterday,

when I went up to the chanting, and I went back to my meditation room,

and I did four hours of healing on you.

So this is how we want to give back to the community.

So especially this year, the fires on duty.

What does that mean?

When the fires on duty, based on what my reading about the energy of the year,

and we're going to have more challenges with the energy of the fire,

making damage in our life.

Like walls, volcanoes, and air-pring crash, and expected fire,

explosion, you can see these things are happening all over the world now.

That's why, in the last minute of our broadcasting,

I make an urgent talk on about the energy of the year.

So I want everybody, as much as you can, our friends, to join us in this year,

and blessing for the year of 2024.

And also, this year, because of the fire energy on duty,

you can easily trigger the emotion, like anger and frustration.

And then you get the angry feeling from a resentment.

And so we'll get triggered too.

So if we focus on our height, that's why today we're going to do the diamond sutra blessing.

Diamond sutra blessing is focused on helping us to open our heart to calm down the emotion.

You know, why we chose this diamond sutra for the day?

Because Buddha, in his last 20 years of teaching,

and before he taught a lot of different things, techniques,

how to meditate, how to drive the evil energy away,

and also many, many great things he taught.

But in the last 20 years, he slowly focused on the diamond sutra teaching,

because it's all about our heart.

It's all about what we can do from within,

it's not from outside.

Outside, you know, so this energy is always there.

But if we can calm down our energy, internally,

to activate the unconditional love from within,

to let go with the ego, to let go with the greed,

let go with the hatred and depression.

Let go with the fears, then we are going to be just fine.

In my readings in this year,

if you have been in my energy reading for the year 2024,

And in my meditation,

I saw all these phenomena,

that happen in the world.

Now, I asked the universe,

what we should do to avoid all these unexpected disasters,

or tragedies, and could happen in our family, in ourselves.

Now here is the voice.

I want you to listen to this.

Those who are kind to everything,

will be safe.

That's what I said.

Those who are kind to everything, emphasized,

will be safe.

So, what does that mean?

Everything.

You are kind to your family, you are kind to your community,

you are kind to your kitchen, you are kind to your bed,

you are kind to your chair, you are kind to your children,

you are kind to any beings, you dog, you pet.

So, that is very important.

And also this year, you need to activate more,

your ancestral energy.

And so, ask them to support us,

because we really, really need that energy.

So, when you sign up for the special program,

I really want you to add one more.

So, helping those people who already move on in their life,

because their spirit, especially for those people,

their spirit, move on not in ease.

So, invite them to come into our blessing.

And including your pets, right?

The pets, move on in their life, bless their spirit.

When you bless their spirit, and their energy is going to come back

to support you, I guarantee that.

Because I experience that.

And most of, I mean, all the masters in the history,

they talk about that.

So, today, so we are going to chant the Diamond Sutra

to help us to open our hearts.

And we are going to focus on the emotion.

And yesterday, we bless the beings all of the world.

Now, today, we are going to turn into great,

greater detail to go internally to bless us from the heart.

But, blessing us, then we bless the world.

Now, let's begin.

Focus on your lower dantian, my dear friend.

Visualize that there is a beautiful light shining in your lower dantian,

which is deep in behind the name.

This is the light of your vitality.

This is the light of your vitality,

but into you, so that you become a light living on this planet.

And take three gentle deep breaths.

While you are taking the deep breath,

scan your body from head to toe,

that you are aware that every part of your body

is right here together with us,

feeling the light and the vibration,

really now starting from your lower dantian.

By focus on lower dantian, now you tell the universe

what is your purpose of doing this meditation, chanting together with us.

Now, take 30 seconds to make the announcement out loudly in your heart.

You want to heal your arthritis,

you want to transform the lumps in your breast,

you want to help your children with more peace,

say that aloud in your heart.

Now, with that announcement,

you generally bring the light from your lower dantian up to your middle dantian,

which is in the bottom of the rib cage next to the bottom of the heart.

See the light shining there so beautifully.

This is the light of your soul.

This is the light of your unconditional love.

By focusing on this light, now call upon your Master's energy.

Wherever your Master is,

like Buddha, Kuan Yan, Jesus, Moses, Muhammad,

or any Master's you have in your country or in your mind.

Call upon their energy forward to support you and support us.

And then you visualize the unconditional love of your Master's

and the unconditional love of the Divine as a brilliant son,

shining right there at the center of the sky above you.

You see this sign, it's so loving, so healing, so penetrating and powerful and loving.

Literally you can feel the warmth in the sign.

You feel so grateful.

Now, see the light in your heart,

in your middle dantian is growing.

By focusing on the light in your heart,

now you invite as many people as you can at this moment,

you can think of, in spirit, coming to join you to receive this blessing,

to join this meditation together with us,

to receive healing, blessing from all of us.

And you see each one of them so happy coming across the sky,

sitting right next to you.

And you can even invite your pets,

any beings you can think of,

and you can invite your ancestors,

invite the spirits of those people who move on in their life.

You can still remember them, invite them to join you.

This is a great time for unconditional love, for forgiveness.

Now you see the light in your heart as growing,

growing bigger and bigger and bigger.

In this light, you see every organ, every cell in your body,

based in the light.

In this light, you feel your heart is open.

You tell the Universe, you tell your Master,

my Master, I'm ready to open my heart to accept who I am.

Tell the Universe, I understand the most powerful healing energy

in the Universe is unconditional love.

And the unconditional love can help us to make any connection to the Source,

only in the Source, like what In a Diamond says,

only in the Source, we can find the true Self of our Selfs.

With the true Self bound, that's the moment we can open our hearts

completely to make the connection to all the species of life in the world.

Once you open your heart like that, you feel peace within you.

Once you feel peace, those energy, like an angle, frustration,

feels automatically going to go the way.

Feel peace in your heart.

Feel peace in your lungs.

Feel peace in your spine.

Feel peace in your brain.

Feel peace in your liver. Feel peace in all the other organs in your body.

Feel how peace for you feel.

Because peace is the most important energy we need to use for this year.

And now you see this peaceful energy growing into happiness and joy.

And you direct the joy and happiness to the body where you feel you have a challenge.

Like your liver, like your breast, like your spine,

or any other part of your body you feel you have a challenge.

Now you see the light with peace, with happiness and joy.

Now turn into a healing power to help you to transform all the negative energy into butterflies,

going away, returning back to the Universe.

You see the butterflies are so happy going home.

And you are so happy that this butterflies finally get a chance to go home.

With all these butterflies coming out from your chest, from your spine, from your brain,

from your ears, from your stomach, from any other part of the body you feel your body is getting lighter and lighter and lighter.

And then you feel you have more room for peace, for forgiveness, for love,

and for anything good for your life.

Feel how good you feel, how wonderful you feel, how grateful you feel.

Now you extend this feeling to all the people you invited in,

all the people you love, all your ancestors, all the people who already moved on in their life, including your pets.

Blessing them in this light, transforming all the energy blockages in them.

And now they feel lots of butterflies coming out from their bodies, going away back to the Universe as extra energy.

You feel how grateful you feel, and you feel how grateful they feel.

And they are so grateful to you because of you they got invited to participate in this so powerful healing and sacred blessing,

enchanting. Now you invite this higher vibration from our Tibetan monks chanting to bless all of you, all of the people, beings.

And you extend this vibration even for them. All the beings in the world now is in this higher vibration.

See people from all of the world, 146 countries, even 195 countries, all of the world.

Now form such a global energy field. This energy field, the color is gold, this golden light,

blessing every part of the world with this golden light, tell the people in the middle east,

you are all my friends, you are all my brothers and sisters.

We are all living in the same family. This world is our home.

With though we speak different languages, we are all brothers, sisters. We are all friends.

If there are any conflicts, we should open our head to talk to communicate. All the leaders from different cultures, from different languages,

countries, we should open our head to communicate and you visualize all these people who put down their weapons to come out, smile to each other,

in your mind screen, seeing them, visualizing them, putting down their weapons, letting go the resentment,

seeing them coming out, shaking hands, saying hi to each other, and we want peace,

because we all deserve a beautiful, happy and joyful life.

Open our head just like what Buddha taught us. Open our head just like Jesus, Muhammad, like Moses, Kuan Yin,

medicine Buddha, like a grande, open our head to accept the guidance from all our teachers,

all our leaders, all our masters.

Now you see the whole world is based in green light. Green light is a healing light.

We invite this green light to heal our heart, to heal our soul.

So without our fight open, those energy of anger, energy of frustration, energy of resentment,

now they are being transformed in this green light. We are so grateful to our masters.

To the Divine, for giving us this opportunity, to chant together, to meditate together, to bless together.

Now you send this blessing to the water, seeing beings in the oceans,

being in the rivers, in the ponds, and seeing beings living in the airs,

being in the woods, in the mountains, among us, inside the earth, in the atmosphere,

blessing them with peace. In the peace, your loud happiness and joy to grow.

Now you see the light in your head is growing, going brighter and brighter and brighter still.

Feeling your soul, soul, love, and soul blessed.

Because of your love to the world, because of your love to all the beings,

your energy is being more purified.

And now you go deep into the light. Invite the chanting, invite the blessing to go deep into every soul, every organ in your body.

You are in the Universe. The Universe is in you. You and the Universe are combined.

You are in the light. The light is in you. You and the light are combined.

In the light, you allow the Universe, your masters, to help you with any levels of balancing, healing, and enlightenment.

Now we are coming to the end of the meditation and chanting.

Really bring your navel back to your lower dantian. See the light in the lower dantian, signing so beautifully.

This is the light of your light force, your vitality.

This is the light of your life blueprint.

I focus on this light.

Now you feel from your head to the toe,

every part of your body has been blessed.

Feel so grateful, so humble.

And then you see all the people who you invited in,

including all the spirits, your ancestors.

They have been blessed.

And they feel so grateful and happy.

And then you see the whole world,

every part of the world has been blessed.

They are based in green light, golden light on the top.

See the light shining in the lower dantian, so beautiful.

I focus on this light.

You make your permission.

You make your promise to the universe.

From this moment on, I'm going to allow myself to become a love radio.

Any place I go to, I will bring joy, peace and love

to share with every being I encounter with.

And I want this world because of me,

together with the so many beautiful souls,

light myself, to help this world become a better place for every species of life to enjoy.

Now you see the light in your lower dantian as an energy ball,

spinning, spinning, spinning, getting brighter, smaller, even smaller.

Then it becomes an energy pill and your target deep in behind the neighbor.

Say thank you to all your masters for their kindness,

for their love, for their healing energy.

Say thank you to the divine for all your support.

Say thank you to our beloved Tibetan monks, friends,

for their kindness, for their blessing,

for their powerful healing energy.

Say thank you to your ancestors, to all the people who love you,

your teachers, for their guidance, for their blessing and love.

And say thank you to yourself for making such a brilliant decision

to bring your love, to share with the world.

Absolutely together, we form such a beautiful, cheap feel in the world

and the world will become a better place for every species of life to enjoy

in the year of 2024.

Now you can take three gentle deep breaths.

While you are taking the deep breaths, you can open your eyes

and rub your hands together, massage your face,

and massage your ears.

Thank you, my dear friends, thank you for your love, for your kindness,

and for your beautiful healing energy and bringing yourself to help to share with the world.

And your unconditional love counts.

Because of your love, absolutely, we all believe this world in 2024 will become a better place

for every species of life to enjoy, filled with peace, prosperity, laughter.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

So, being good, so wonderful.
