And he starts jerking his elbow out
like he's tryin' to draw his gun.

At that point, I opened fire.

Take a moment.

So after I fired, twice...

I approached Willis,
who was on the ground...

and checked for his pulse...
which he didn't have one.

And then,
I went after Willis' running buddy,

thinkin' he was armed as well.

Did Willis ever get the gun
past his jacket to aim it at you?

Did you ever actually see the gun
or just Willis' hand?

I saw his hand on a gun,
attempting to draw it.
