All language subtitles for 2. Steps to Publish a Book on Amazon KDP Using Chatgpt To Become Number One

Hello there, everybody, and welcome into this lecture.

Now, in this lecture, I'm going to show you how I was able to create a book.

And in two weeks it is right now the number one new release in the category of cybernetics on Amazon.

Now, to be completely honest with you, I still have not made enough sales from the book.

I'm expecting to start making around 1000 to $2000 from the book.

Once I fix a Amazon ad issue with my account, there is an issue that I have which I'm fixing right

now, but without the ads.

The book is doing quite well, selling 2 to 3 copies a day.

And that's pretty good, right?

Paperback Kindle basically is for free, but for paperback, it's actually selling.

Across all sales, 2 to 3 copies a day with no ads.

So in it's number one in cybernetics.

So this is really interesting feat that I was able to accomplish.

And if you go to cybernetics right now, you can find that my book is above some other books that have,

I think, much more reviews.

And you can see that it's up there.

And I basically put the book in Kindle Unlimited or under Kindle Unlimited program, which means that

people can read it for free and I can get paid for pages read from the book.

So if someone reads my book, the book is, I believe, 152 pages in paperback on Kindle.

I believe it's way much more than that.

So if, for instance, I get a 1000 page reads, I get paid something like a $10 for a 1000 page reads.

And that's pretty fantastic because that's a huge part of the money that you can make.

Aside, of course, from the paperback book, which also sells because some people want the paperback

version.

So here is the paperback version of the book.

Now you can notice that the paperback, usually it has the front cover and the back cover.

And we can actually have a look at this right here.

So this is the back cover with the summary of the book.

And this little brain over here, you can actually zoom it in and with the code, the ISBN of the of

the book, as well as my logo of the brand passive income Gen Z.

And I also made sure that the logo here is also present at the beginning.

Now in this particular section, you're going to learn how to self publish a book on Amazon using ChatGPT.

But not only that, you also learn how to format your book, right?

So format it for different versions for Kindle paperback hardcover and how to design covers.

And the Kindle e-book actually has just one cover.

It's the front cover, so it's not necessary to create the back cover for the Kindle e-book.

Also the Kindle e-book doesn't have a spine as opposed to the paperback has a spine, a back cover and

a front cover.

The hardcover is similar to the paperback, except for the hardcover is much thicker and it has a much,

should I say, larger spine.

And you can actually we can search for the difference between a hardcover book.

So if you look for hardcover book, you'll find what I'm talking about is that these hardcovers are

exactly the type of books you'd expect them to be.

So there are these voluminous books, and you can see, for instance, this one is a hardcover, right?

And to be honest with you, they're better suited for novels and stuff.

For my type of book, it's not really it's not really even fun.

The paperback will do.

So I've actually published the hardcover, but due to some issues, I've just decided not to publish

it.

And here this is what we call the paperback, which is much thinner version of a book and believe me,

it's much, much better in my opinion, even though some some still prefer the hardcover.

But let's not stay stuck on hardcover paperback and stuff because we're going to delve into that in

detail.

So how did I manage to become a number one new release?

Well, actually it's in big part due to the SEO optimization for the eBook.

So when you create a book on Amazon, you will actually be prompted to add a description for your eBook

as well as a title and some tags.

And you have to make sure that all of those are optimized for SEO.

There's also one very important thing which I see that Amazon, KDP publishers or self publishers don't

talk about, which is the fact that they're not discussing the category in which you should put your

book.

Now the reason why my book is number one new release is because I've put it in three categories, and

amongst them is the category of cybernetics, the category of cybernetics, the competition there is

much lower.

So I could be easily a bestseller if I make $1,000 from this book, which I believe I'm actually on

the on the road to do it Now, this month I'm expecting to make something like a $300 from the book,

and that's without any advertisements.

Now, the next month, of course, if I launch ads, the book sales is going to are going to going to

go to the top.

The reason why is because I'm going to show you later because to put it simply, there is so much research

for the keyword ChatGPT.

There are so many people trying to learn about ChatGPT.

And since I've actually been using ChatGPT ever since it came out, actually from the week, the first

1 or 2 weeks that it came out, I was one of the first people to adopt ChatGPT and I've become quite

a doctor at it, so I could probably apply for a PhD in ChatGPT and I'd make it.

So for instance, here you could see that in the Kindle Store.

Now it's third.

But normally I'm first because you have to take into consideration here what they're saying, number

one, new release.

So here basically, I think this is biased data, but you can see that I'm also number 32 in computer

hacking.

So I was a little bit, should I say, a little bit smart when it comes to where I put the book.

And that's one of the best ways.

Now, the reviews here, I don't have that many reviews yet because this book was published, I think

about eight days or not more than two weeks, actually.

And so it was fairly newly published.

And even if you search for it right now, you won't find it because Amazon still have not listed it

officially.

If you want to find it, you would have to search my name, which is passive income Gen Z, the name

of my brand.

But if you search for 59 ChatGPT hacks make money online, you probably wouldn't find it because Amazon

takes its time to list your product, right?

So they don't list your product from week one or day one.

You can expect that after 3 or 4 weeks that your product can start to be listed pretty easily.

Now in this course, you're going to learn a lot about self publishing.

Just like we said, if I look inside of the book, which I'm capable of doing.

So this is what we're looking at right now is the Kindle version of the book.

This is the Kindle version that people read on devices such as tablets and phones.

And that's why you can see that the font here is a little too different.

Now, inside of the book, I've put this amazing QR code which if people scan, I can take their email

addresses and that's actually not for free because they scan this in exchange for a lead magnet that

I will give them for free.

And inside of this particular section you will learn how to create that lead magnet.

But now, because I think we only have about 18 customers that we have 18 subscribers and of course

people from the camp or unlimited Amazon or Unlimited Kindle Unlimited, those also can subscribe to

the list.

So if I keep scrolling down, you can see that this is how the book looks like.

So this is the copyright page.

I'm going to also teach you how to write this page because this is really important because you don't

want to get sued for copyright.

Right.

And you also want to want to, should I say, want to protect your book.

You want to protect your book from any person that might tamper with it or take it and claim that it's

their book.

You want to make sure that you hold the complete rights and at the same time to protect yourself.

And we're going to delve deep into that when we come to it.

And I highly recommend you to pay careful attention to that lesson about the copyright, because that

I made that lesson not not because I'm I'm a lawyer or because I want to sound like an expert, but

that's actually more of a protection to you than it is to me.

So if you're going to be published or self-published author, you need to have a lesson about copyright.

That's just what it is.

So here it's just starting talking about ChatGPT.

These are just the fundamentals.

And inside we're actually discussing the 59 ChatGPT hacks and people can only read enough.

And if they are enrolled in Kindle Unlimited, they can read the book for free, for which I get paid

as to how many pages are being read.

So for 1000 pages read I get $10 and they can also decide to purchase it for a price of $2.99, for

which I get a commission of $1.

Every time the book is purchased.

So to be honest with you, I really prefer Kindle Unlimited.

I don't like the other version because I get paid more from Kindle Unlimited than I get paid from an

e-book.

Because if someone purchases an e-book, I only make $1.

Right.

And so the book is 240 pages, the e-book version.

And so but on Amazon Kindle Unlimited, you get paid more for for a thousand pages, you get paid,

you get paid $10 and people can easily read a thousand pages.

Some people might.

Some people just from one person, you can get about 600 pages read.

You might be shocked because you might be saying, Well, the book is only 240 pages.

Well, it's true that actually the book is 240 pages.

But the thing is that people can actually read the book and reread the book.

So that's what what happens.

And if they reread the book again, those pages, if I am correct, are going to count as pages read.

Okay.

Now, if someone believes that I'm saying this wrong or if someone has another another opinion, please

tell me because I'm also trying to learn here.

But as far as I know, the same person can read your book over and over and that will be counted as

Page Reds.

Now for the paperback version, people can also activate the Look Inside feature, which allows them

to look inside your book, not for all the pages, but they can see a little bit of the pages.

Now you can see that the cover is pretty, pretty cool.

I've managed to design this cover using Canva and this robot that you're looking at right here.

I've created him using ChatGPT and I can show you to do the same thing.

But if we scroll down over here, you can see this is the title of the book.

Then we have the table of contents.

And then if we scroll down, we have the introduction, the copyright page, the QR code.

Everything from the other book except for the formatting is six by nine inches and this is suitable

for print books.

Kindle is read on on devices, on on digital devices.

So one thing also I would like to point out is that the Kindle ebook for the table of contents of the

Kindle ebook is clickable.

It's actually you can click it.

This is the table of contents.

It's usually at the top because I formatted the ebook with the Amazon Kindle Create app and I'll show

you how to format an Amazon Kindle e-book using the Amazon, KDP or Kindle Create app.

And here, for instance, if people want to go to chapter number one, all they need to do is to click

on chapter number one.

Now, of course, you might notice that.

They cannot click on most of the others.

And that's because Amazon won't allow them unless they get the book in Kindle Unlimited or if they buy

the book for $2.99, for which I can make $1.

And by the way, the book, I'm not going to sit here and lie to you.

80% of the book or more was written by me, and only about 20% was written using ChatGPT.

Not to say that that's going to be the same case for you, because I believe that most of you are out

here because you want to learn how to create the book using ChatGPT.

You don't want to write it yourself.

And there is nothing wrong with that except for the fact that you have to take my teachings about checking

for content and checking for plagiarism to make sure that you don't infringe on anybody's copyright,

because that can be considered as copyright.

If somehow some way you write content that is that has a lot of plagiarism into it, someone can sue

you.

Because what ChatGPT does is it takes what what exists in it scrambles it and it gives you an answer,

an answer that you would expect from, should I say, an expert of the topic.

But it will give you a close to a human answer.

In most cases, that answer can can have plagiarism into it.

Not a lot, but it can have.

And also you have to be careful about the AI content.

I repeated myself twice, but we're going to actually delve deep into that once we get to the course.

Now, let me show you here how the manuscript actually looks like.

So this is the manuscript for the paperback book as well as the hardcover book.

And it's a six by nine inches.

And it was actually pretty easy.

I formatted the book using Google Docs, then transformed it into a PDF by exporting it from Google

Docs to PDF format.

Then after that, what happened is that I took the book and resized it using an online resizer And of

course for the table of contents is different from the Kindle because this is not a clickable table

of contents.

Well, actually it is, but it is only clickable in the PDF version of the book.

But this book here doesn't have will not have a PDF version, right?

Because most people will buy it as a printed book.

It's a paperback.

They can't read it like that.

They have to buy it.

Right.

And it's a it's a, should I say, a physical version of the book.

Now, over here, this is the book cover which I managed to create using Canva.

And I have to say that the book cover is in Jpeg format.

So it's not like the paperback cover, which is in PDF format or the hardcover, which hardcover cover,

which is in PDF format.

And you can see that there is a difference in terms of the quality.

When you look at it in Amazon, the quality doesn't look that good.

Okay, it doesn't look as good as this.

But here, I mean it really looks awesome, right?

The quality does really look much superior than what we have over there.

And you can see this magnificent robot that I was able to create using ChatGPT.

And of course, for the rest I can show you how to do it.

And I believe this is a pretty good e-book cover, right?

Pretty catchy.

And yeah, ChatGPT hacks.

So it's important that you must have a very, very catchy title for your book so that you can get people

interested in in the first place.

Now this is the hardback or the hardcover or the hardback cover, and you can see how different it is.

So this area that you're looking at right here is what we call the spine of the book.

And the spine for a hardcover is much bigger.

You have to also understand that those parts that you see at the top.

So if I may zoom in a little bit, let me zoom in.

Actually, I can't.

And if I just were to show you now this is the last or this area right here.

Right is the only thing that's going to be printed.

Right.

So so anything outside of these areas, it's not going to be printed, Right?

Actually, there's a bug here.

Anything here from here to here.

These areas, they won't be printed, right?

These are actually in the red zone.

Right.

And similarly here as well.

But it's just this is how you design your paperback cover.

It's a lofty task, I can tell you.

But through my guidance, you'll be able to make it and it's going to be extremely easy for you.

You just have to follow instructions.

Now, as far as the paperback cover, it's actually just like I said, pretty different than the hardcover.

And that is the biggest difference actually, is the spine.

So the spine, if I may zoom.

The spine is significantly lesser.

And you have to also take into consideration that the spine of your book depends on how many pages your

book has.

So if a book has 300 pages, then the paperback cover measures are going to be different than a book

with 152 pages.

So it's not not every book is the same.

Not every book follows the same paperback and hardcover measurements.

And we'll view more about that now about the, should I say, the lead magnet that I gave people for

free.

Let me go ahead and search for it in my downloads.

There it is.

It's actually nothing more than a free small book of 62 pages.

And in every single page, you get a prompt for free.

Right.

So this is what I promised to give the readers of the book.

So 59 prompts.

The book is titled 59 ChatGPT Hacks.

I gave them the 59 prompts that were mentioned inside of the book, of course, with my brand to brand

the stuff.

And once they actually get that book, well, first of all, before they get it, they have to enroll

through my ConvertKit landing page that I created or call it the Squeeze page.

That's more of a way to call it.

And for instance, if I enter my email address now, I have to enter an email address that I didn't

enter before because I programmed ConvertKit to not respond to the same email address over and over

as opposed to MailChimp.

When someone on MailChimp enters their email address today, let's say for example, they didn't get

the book, they try it tomorrow that is counted as two subscriptions as opposed to that on ConvertKit

is not the same thing on ConvertKit.

You can actually check a box and what it will do is actually it will make sure that the same person

is counted as just one person, even if they subscribe through your email list for 20 times.

So I'm going to go ahead and enter an email address that I don't really use for some of my websites.

Let me enter one of my gym website.

Right.

So fit gym fanatics.

At gmail.com.

This is the one.

And if I click get the free e-book right now, it's telling me that I should go to my email and that's

exactly what I should do.

So I should go to my email and there I can find the resource to download.

There you go.

So here you can see that this is the email by ConvertKit.

And if I click download the free resource, I'll be able to download the free resource, right?

So this is the free resource and this is what people sign up for, right?

So when they subscribe to the newsletter, this is what they'll be getting.

So you can see that the strategy is pretty consistent.

Now about the promotion of the book.

There's many ways that you can promote the book which are going to be taught in this course.

One of the I think the most really the most easiest ones is TikTok.

And you can use artificial intelligence to promote it.

As a matter of fact, I'm going to show you how to do that.

Now, this channel, I've only created it to promote this book right here.

And I just have two followers, but I've posted a couple of videos and some videos.

I've got more than 200 views, right?

So for instance, we have this video here, 225 views, this one 203 views, this one 218, 110, 137.

And basically there are all short, 30 or 40 second videos that aim to promote the book.

Right.

And I do it in a way that is not promotional in a way that it can actually teach people something that

gives them an information.

And at the end we say, if you want more, you can get the book.

And in the book there is 59 ChatGPT hacks that you can learn to make money with using ChatGPT.

Now about the QR code, there it is.

Now, as for the QR code, you can design this using Canva and I will show you how.

So this is what we use to make sure that we respect the measurements.

And I can actually show you how to work your way through this.

It's not complicated, but it takes dexterity of the hands and it takes patience.

that you can monetize.

And in the next lecture, I'm going to show you a very successful person who was actually one of the

first people to publish a ChatGPT book using ChatGPT itself to write the book.

And even inside of the book he actually mentions this at the beginning of the book.

He says that he himself used ChatGPT to write the book, and the name of the book is The ChatGPT Millionaire,

and I believe the guy became a millionaire from that book alone.

And we'll check that out as a success story.
