I made salmon with couscous

And roasted carrots
and a vinaigrette.

cook this salmon for?

I cooked it
for about 11 minutes.

the first thing you got right
is the color on the salmon.

Carrots are cooked nicely,
but the couscous

Just needs some zest
just to make it
a little bit lighter.

It's a hard thing to cook,
however it is just
a bit of a shame

It doesn't have
any more flavor to boost it up.

The carrots,
phenomenally delicious.
Really nice and caramelized.

You charred them right to
the bitter edge, which I loved.

But I do think that this salmon,
it is really overcooked.

of your plate,
