test for that lab's result.

Though a criminal like Murugan

had committed a similar murder
in the neighbouring district,

the police officer who refused
to even notice that fact.

All these people destroyed MY life.

This case is as clear
as the daylight sky now.

I deserve compensation.

Though nothing can
replace what I've lost.

As per section 357 A of CrPC,

which says about the
compensation to victims,
