There are four of us siblings,

and my father, when I was 18
and started to play with the first team,

he came up with the idea
of a summer training camp.

To think beyond about those players

who will add value
to the pass I deliver...

Those are great football players.

In my opinion, those are
the best players a team can have.

We try to educate them

of our youth academy

because it pays off in the long run.
