I want to tell you
about an adventure

that took place 50 years ago.
The Acaliexperiment.

An anthropologist named
Santiago Genovés

gathered 11 people,
handpicked to disagree.

He put them on a raft
and floated them out to sea

to see if people
under pressure could put
their differences aside,

and pull it together
for a common goal.

What better time than now
to redo Genovés' experiment?

they could get their hands on.

So, this mission is all about
flexibility with food.

There's a lot of things
out there I don't eat.

If it's not an animal
or came from an animal,
I'll eat anything.

One by one, each of you
will be presented with
the same balanced plate.

A sampler platter that
includes plenty of protein...

...a vitamin-rich fruit
and a vegetable.

Plus, a little dessert.
