hey our friends we're super excited

about today's lesson because what are we

drawing a realistic tiger head a

realistic tiger head might be a little

more advanced but that's okay right

we're going to take the lesson step by

step it's going to be a lot of fun now

we hope you get your art supplies and

you're going to follow along with us

what do they need for this marker paper

and coloring yes colorings at the end

we're going to use colored pencils to

color our line to make it a tiger to

make it look really cool yeah all right

you ready to get started yes okay first

step we're going to start by drawing our

tiger's eyes and we're gonna start right

here in the middle of our paper and

we're gonna draw two diagonal lines that

come down

and so they're coming down towards the

middle

yeah now we're going to draw the bottom

of our tiger's eyes we're going to draw

u shapes that come down and connect on

each side

now let's also draw the pupil i'm going

to draw kind of an oval shape in the

middle

on each side and then i'm going to color

it in but i'm also going to leave a

little white highlight in the pupil

so not color it in solid

awesome

good job now let's draw his nose right

here we're going to draw a v shape we're

going to come down back up

we're going to draw him growling too

he's going to look so cool now we're

going to connect

the bottom

or the left side over to the right side

looks like a heart

now let's draw his nostrils we're going

to draw two

upside down u's on each side and we can

color those in too and it's okay if if

there were a little wobbly or things

aren't exactly the same because our

tiger ones we want to make them look

natural so it's okay if there's little

wobbles and things don't look perfect

now we're going to draw the middle of

his lips we're going to draw a line

coming down

and then we're going to draw this side

or his cheeks we're going to draw we're

going to draw a line that comes out on

the side like this and we're going to

draw another one on this side coming out

on the other side

cool

now let's we're going to draw him

lots of wrinkles because he's growling

so on each side we're going to draw

another line that comes up for the next

layer

and we're going to do another one on

each side above that one

oh he's starting to look cool yeah

and then we're gonna draw another one

watch this one this one's gonna come

around and it's actually gonna look like

it's starting to connect to the nose

and we'll do the same thing on the other

side we're repeating a lot of the same

steps since it's symmetrical we're

looking right at his face so the left

side and the right side will match

now let's draw a couple more to draw the

wrinkles coming up over his

his snout or his nose so we'll draw a

couple on this side too

now let's draw the rest of his mouth

we're going to draw two

big fangs coming down

on each side so one over here

and one on the left side so they're

curved vs

then we can draw his gums oh those look

awesome

then let's draw his gum so we're going

to draw a line that connects the two

and then let's draw zigzag lines for

smaller teeth

going over from the left side over to

the right side

now let's draw the bottom teeth we're

going to draw an upside down curved v

right next to

the left tooth and we'll do the same

thing over here we're going to draw

curved upside down v

then let's draw curves to connect the

bottom if we ever go too fast so there's

a lot of steps in this lesson and

sometimes we may go too fast what can

our friends do pause the video yeah you

guys can always pause the video if you

need extra time now right here we're

going to draw another curve going this

way

down

and then we're going to draw zigzag

lines going across for the bottom row of

teeth

now let's also draw his tongue we're

going to draw a big u shape that goes

this way

and it touches the bottom teeth

then we're going to draw the top of his

tongue we're going to draw watch we'll

start on the outside come over

curve down

back up

and back down

then on each side let's connect it in

that makes his tongue look 3d

oh he looks so cool

now we could draw his outside lip we're

going to draw a line that comes down

like this

back up

back down and then back up looks like a

w

yeah now we'll draw the same line i'm

going to start in the same spot come

back around and do the same thing but

look ending in the same spot

yeah good job all right now we could

draw let's draw some more of the

wrinkles up here on his over his eyes

and stuff so we'll start here and let's

draw a line that comes out and down

we can repeat that same step over here

out and down

now i'm going to draw a line that comes

in like this and comes down and connects

and we'll do the same thing over here

it's almost like an upside down u

cool then let's draw another one that

comes up touches the eye

and then comes down

we'll do the same thing over here

oh it's starting to get fancy and tricky

yeah

there's gonna be so many details now we

could draw let's draw a line that comes

up over his eye

and then comes across

like this

and into the front

and we'll do the same thing over here up

over

across the top of his eye and down into

that wrinkle

[Laughter]

all right now no i think we should draw

the main shape of the head okay so we're

going to draw a big rainbow line so that

we can get it starts looking like his

head so we're going up over the top of

his head and back down

it's a big rainbow line and it might

look a little funny right now but he'll

look better once we add all the details

okay now on each side we're going to

draw a zigzag line and it could be messy

because this is his first so i'm going

to draw this crazy messy line coming

down and connecting down here and we'll

do the same thing over here so i'm going

to draw that messy line

zigzag and it can be all different

directions some can be big and some

small

kind of looks like a gorilla we need to

get some ears on there yeah

all right let's draw the ears so we're

going to draw a line that curves out and

like that almost like an s line

then we're going to curve it back down

into his head

then let's do the same thing over here

curve up

and out

and then we'll curve it down also

now let's draw the inside of his ears so

i'm going to draw a zigzag line

this that comes up to the top

so you can draw it messy so it looks

natural

and then we'll curve down and connect it

in

on both sides yeah all right now we need

to add some stripes to make it look more

like a tiger so right here i'm going to

first start we're going to draw a zigzag

line that comes down and connects to his

mouth on each side

then we're going to start with some

stripes so let's draw a zigzag right

here it's going to look like a lightning

bolt so we're going to draw a zigzag

that comes down

and curves see how it's curving into the

side of his mouth and if you want you

can connect it

then we're going to draw the outside of

the stripe so it looks thicker so we're

going to come out further and draw more

zigzags but then when we get down to the

bottom it gets closer

yeah now let's repeat that same step i'm

going to draw another stripe out here

and we'll draw another zigzag on the

outside it looks like a lightning bolt

yeah

that's the best way to describe it now

let's repeat those two stripes over here

on this side so start up by his eye draw

a zigzag that curves down and connects

to his mouth

draw the outside

remember to pause it if you need extra

time

and then i'm going to do another one

way out here

oh he's looking really really cool

okay now let's add a couple stripes on

top we're going to draw a stripe above

his eye this is going to be a sideways v

on each side

then i'm going to draw a smaller v

just like we did with the lightning

bolts

to connect yeah

now let's draw a couple stripes on the

inside so right here i'm going to draw

they look like just little spikes

yeah all right now up at the top let's

add a small v right in the middle

and then we're going to draw some

stripes on top of his head so we're

going to draw coming out this way

and then just like we did over here

let's add another one right next to it

so it looks like a lightning bolt and

then repeat that same shape going the

other direction

and then i'm going to draw another one

right next to it oh i love how tricky

this one in this lesson is a little more

advanced but that's okay i hope our art

friends are still with us you're not

getting frustrated just take your time

remember to pause the video when you

need to let's add a couple more let's

let's add one more on this side coming

down his forehead and one on the other

side

going the other direction

oh man it's scary okay let's draw

sometimes they kind of have beards or

longer for down here on their chin so

we're going to draw a curve that comes

down like this

on each side

then let's draw a zigzag that comes down

into the middle

and i'll do the same zigzag on the other

side so it meets in the middle

cool

awesome all right now on this outside

line right here we're going to add

another zigzag that comes down around so

watch this

i'm going to repeat the same shape but

i'm going around and this this is to

make his his main or kind of the fur

that's around his face thicker so i'm

going to do the same thing and we're

going to color in a lot of these stripes

black

so do the same thing on the right side

and you know what i'm going to do the

same thing

over around his ear look at this i'm

going to draw another line that goes

around his ear

so we can have that thicker line going

around

and maybe up here on his forehead too we

can do the same thing

oh he looks so cool okay now this next

part we're going to fast forward but

we're going to go in and we're going to

color black in a lot of different areas

so we're going to color black in his

mouth also the stripes and around his

eyes and also his ears all right you

ready to fast forward yes okay

good job you're almost done coloring

yours in now while you're still doing

that i'm going to go around right here

on the cheek watch this i'm going to

draw another line that comes around like

this at a thicker line

on his nose and then i'm going to color

that in also

and then i'm going to do the same thing

on this side i'm going to go around draw

a line that goes around and thickens up

this this line

oh he's looking so awesome yeah then

right here on these lines that come into

his nose you can also add a thicker line

that comes in

look at that it's makes a little spike

you can come in make it thicker but come

to a point

so that his

nose looks like it's extremely wrinkled

up

he's super mad then i'm also going to

add little spikes down here

so there's a shadow underneath his lip

and you can color that in too

all right let's fast forward a little

more

all right dude we did it we finished

coloring everything in black all of his

stripes i even added a few extra stripes

and you guys can do that at home too if

you want and we thickened up the line

down here under his chin now we still

need a fast forward and do one more

thing what is it color yeah we're gonna

fast forward again we're gonna color him

he's gonna look even better i'll color

it in at the very end you can pause it

one more time to match the same color

all right jack we did it we finished

coloring our tigers i i think this is

now my new favorite lesson we've ever

done one of mine it's one of your

favorites

now i love how they turned out colored

in so i hope our friends are going to do

the same thing pause the video and take

some time to color and finish your

drawings now you left a little white

spot over his eyes which i think looks

looks really cool and we also used a

dark orange to add some shading to his

fur and we used a gray to shade the

white fur now it's okay that our

drawings look a little different right

yes because the most important thing is

to have fun yes to have fun and to

practice remember to practice i promise

the second time you draw your tiger's

head it'll turn out even better than the

first time and we'll see you later our
