Cruinn Community Lawful Charter 2022

We the living men and living women

created this lawful charter

to establish founding principles for the Cruinn Community.

This ‘Charter’ will ensure the well-being

of all living men and living women

and provide a Common Law justice system,

free from statutory authorities.

The Cruinn Community have trained
living men and living women

as Common Law Court Constables

to maintain and enforce

Common Law Courts decisions,

and created alternative education, healthcare, media,

and our own currency – ‘the Cruinn’.

The Common Law Court Embassy is in Scotland,

just north of Edinburgh.

Founding Principles:

One hundred signing living men and living women

created this lawful charter,

under the Declaration of the Common Law Court,

which stands under the following laws:

To become a living man or living
woman in the Cruinn Community,

having declared your birth with the Common Law Court,

confirmed “living” status,

and obtained ownership of your ‘Fictitious Name’

with the Common Law Court Great Britain & International;

Living men and living women

are not to cause any loss to another

Living men and living women

are not to cause any harm to another

Living men and living women

are not to cause any injury to another

Living men and living women

honour all fully transparent contracts

they sign and agree upon.

To establish the Cruinn Community,

under Common Law Court jurisdiction,

standing for truth and freedom,

never to be brought under any legal act or statute,

where ‘Maritime Law’ is excluded in all its forms.

This Lawful Charter for the Cruinn Community

includes the signatures of the Cruinn Community elders,

and is hereby recorded into the
Common Law Court ‘Book of Deeds’

on 25 November 2022 for preservation.

1.

This charter provides provisions

for founding elders to make

Common Law jurisdiction decrees,

orders and guidelines

to assist with the development and enforcement

of Common Law principles.

These Common Laws apply

to all living men and living women in the Cruinn Community,

including elders.

A jury of living men and living women

At a lawfully convened Common Law Court

can create additional guidelines.

A Cruinn Community founding elder

does not have this authority on his or her own.

The Cruinn Community

has the right to make further appointments

for local elders, bound by the terms of this charter,

ensuring founding Common Law principles

are adhered to in their local communities.

3.

All living men and living women in this Cruinn Community

shall be entitled to their inalienable rights,

which were granted when they were born,

not to be altered, removed,

changed, or charged for under any circumstances,

and automatically accepts their new-born children.

4.

The ten living men and living women elders

of the Cruinn Community

are to ensure Common Law is adhered to.

Founding elders of Cruinn Community Lawful Charter

ensure that any who fail to honourably comply

with Cruinn Community founding principles,

laws, decrees and orders, lose their status.

Elders remain in position until they retire,

are mentally deficient, or are removed,

then volunteers can forward their name

to the remaining nine elders.

To become a community elder,

one must be twenty years of age or older,

and a founding elder must be at
least twenty-five years of age.

Order No.10001/22,

Lawful Remedy

Any living man or living woman

who has suffered a wrong at the hands of another individual

has a lawful remedy under Common Law

to address the wrongdoing.

All are equal under the law.

Each individual has a duty of care to fellow man,

with Common Law principles behind those actions,

to live together in peace and harmony.

Order No.10002/22,

Harms

In Common Law,

any individual who has, attempted, or conspired to cause

damage to another individual,

has committed a wrong, known as “harms”,

and subject to our founding principles.

This includes ‘harassment’,

such as ‘threats with menaces’,

considered ‘psychological damage’,

and or ‘defamation of character’,

considered ‘damage to reputation’.

Any individual that has suffered a harm

at another’s actions

will be able to address and correct this wrong,

using a Common Law process

called a ‘commercial lien’.

Enforcement

When Common Law has been used correctly

to address the said wrong[s]

and that process has been concluded [perfected],

an application can be submitted to the Common Law Court,

requesting a decree and/or court order

to assist with the enforcement of the decision.

Authority

This order confirms

that Cruinn Community elders

ensure compliance with our founding principles

and that authority will remain at all times

with the living men and living women.

All decrees and orders issued

will only be obtained

when it has been established

that the provisions required under Order No.

10003/22

have been complied with in each case.

All decrees and orders will be dated and signed

by the Common Law Court officials,

having obtained the appropriate ruling

from a jury of living men and living women.
