Chapter 04

Registration of Birth

So, what actually happens

whenever we 'REGIS-ter' something?

And in this case, a Birth.

We hand the legal title over to The Regis:

The “Crown”.

Whenever we register anything in the public,

we release its legal title

to that Government Estate

which we discussed in the previous chapter.

This then leaves us with only

what is called the equitable title:

that is, the right to use it,

but not to own it.

And for that use

we have to pay a 'use-tax’;

Income tax, property tax,

road tax, sales tax;

Every Tax!

But, so that it doesn't appear

that the state now owns

the property that we have just registered,

and so that we won't suspect that it does,

they make the registration in that name

which so strikingly resembles our own;

the ALL CAPS legal fiction!

But, as we now know,

that name

is owned by the Crown.

And the best example of this

Is the registration of the Birth Certificate.

If a bankrupt entity,

in this case, a government or a country,

cannot operate in commerce.

Which it can’t…

How do they manage it then?

Well, since most countries,

or rather, most countries which have a central bank,

are bankrupt,

and have been for decades,

and no longer back their currencies

with anything of any substance,

such as gold and silver,

the only tangible asset that they do have

is us men and women

and our labour.

What they call our “Sweat Equity”.

We are the collateral

[the thing that will get used to pay back the debt]

for the interest on their loans from the World Bank.

And each of us is registered as such,

via our application for a Birth Certificate.

When the application is made,

the Treasury issues a Bond on that Certificate:

an I.O.U representing a loan;

detailing the terms of the payments,

the amount and type

of interest that is due on it

and when it has to be paid back by

or “Mature”.

The treasury issues one of these bonds

for each and every one of our birth certificates

and that I.O.U.

is then sold at a securities exchange

and bought by that country’s PRIVATE Central Bank,

such as The Bank of England or The Federal Reserve etc;

they’re the same thing really,

which then uses it

as collateral to issue

in the form of

“Fiat” Currency!

And, as we also discussed in the previous chapter,

that Bond is held in a C’estui Que Vie trust

and we are pledged as the surety on it.

In other words;

We assume the responsibility for the debt

should the borrower, the Government, default on the loan.

And our labour and our energy

is then made to be payable to the lender: The Central Bank

at some future date.

We become what is called

the 'transmitting utility';

That is the “piece of equipment” that will get used

to transmit this energy.

So, in order to provide necessary goods and services,

your government created an IOU

in the form of a promissory note; called a Commercial Bond,

by pledging the life, labour,

property and body of its citizens

as payback for their bankruptcy debt.

And it is this “commercial bond”

that made chattel, or property out of us all.

We became nothing more than 'human resources'

and collateral for their debt.

Now, ask yourself,

Was slavery really abolished?

When a mum applies for a birth certificate,

and that application is Registered.

The “legal title” of her baby

is transferred from the Mother

to the State.

The mum is now left with the “equitable title” of her baby

which she can use, as the Pay-Rent, for a fee or Tax.

But, since the “property” no longer belongs to her,

she now has to treat it in the manner,

which the Actual Owner

wants or demands.

And that Actual Owner is?

The Crown!

Which then uses the funds raised

from repeatedly trading the accruing
value of our Birth Certificates

on the Stock Exchange,

to pay for all of the goods and services,
insurances, benefits and resources

that it then taxes us AGAIN for the use of!

That tax money then gets “shipped” off

and eventually makes its way

to the Unincorporated territory

of the Federal United States

that is Puerto Rico,

where, supposedly then coming under

“foreign maritime” jurisdiction,

it gets split between

the 3 principal offices of the “Crown Estate”;

i.e.; The City of London, Washington D.C.

and the Vatican!

Now ask yourself

Are you a slave?

“When the Master gives you something

You take it!

He gave you a name.

It’s a nice name.

And it’s going to be yours

’til the day you die.”
