While writing SQL queries

Written two types of comments one is a multiline comment and other is a single line comment

To write a multiline comment

You can use

Slash star and then start writing a comment and then you have to

End you comment with a star and slash

Remember to end your comment otherwise

All the queries you write after this, will not be executed

The idea of comment is like this whatever you write within a comment

It will not be executed

Everything else will be executed

When you click the run button

If you want to write a single line comment you will use two minus signs (two dashes)

So type to dashes and start writing a comment. That will be a single line comment

Go to the end of this line

If I start writing, this is a comment

But if I go to next line that will not be a comment

And the comments are highlighted in a different colour
