welcome back to another tutorial video

and today I'll be talking about Click Funnels

built in autoresponder

which is called Action Ethics

so action ethics

it's only available for the 2 97 dollar plan

it's something that you can consider to invest in

if you like to use the built in autoresponder

by clickfunnels

so you can easily integrate things and

have things all at one place

if this is an option

that you're not

you know at this point unable to to go for

there are different options as well

you can actually take a look at

a separate tutorial video I did for Mailchimp

it's a great free option

um but if you like something more advanced

more integrated um

action ethics

it's something you can look at so um

in this video I like to just go through the very basics

of action ethics and how you can set things up

and how it all works

right so um

to start things off um

all you need is a click follows account

and in order for us to use action ethics as well

you'll need to have your SMTP setup

if you haven't already watched that video

you want to go watch that video

I'll leave a link down below

so Action Ethics

if I'll just click on the top menu over here

has a couple of features

they have the subscribers tab

the email list tab

follow up funnels

action funnels

and email broadcasts actually

email campaigns

so just a very brief of you subscribers

is basically the people that has engaged with you

that has opted to um

perhaps your form

or are interested in your products

either by purchasing your products or um

opting into your lead magnet

so all your subscribers will be captured here

you'll be able to see them um by days

how many contacts you have

how many people are subscribed

and so this is a brand new account

just to demonstrate how action ethics work

so I only have one contact at the moment

so you can actually import your contacts

if you really have a list

and for those of you that

have no idea how to respond this work

I definitely recommend watching the milkshake video

where I did on integrating auto responders um

into WordPress

but just a very um

brief introduction of what auto responders are

it is actually an

automated tool that helps you to send emails

a series of emails captures your subscribers

you know people that have opted into your email list

so this is where you create email list

where people can actually be grouped under

once they they've opted into a specific page

or if they have filled in an order form for

one of your products

so this is the subscribers area

the next one is the email list

so email lists are lists that you can create

and have people join your list

which I will teach you later on how to integrate

the list to the opt in form so

the first step to actually doing that

is to actually creating a brand new email list

so for example

if you're doing an opt in campaign

or elite magnet campaign

you can create a brand new email

email list just like that

fill in the name

if you want to tag them under a product name

or a campaign

you can do that as well

so one feature they have here is called Smart List

they have different filters and you know

things that you can do

for example I'll just talk on to show you how it works

and I'll just create this new list

okay so with email list and the smart list feature

by click files you are able to add rules to you know

that fits your criterias

so it could be someone that

visited a particular step

or it could be someone that purchase

particular product

right so you can actually filter people

to create a dedicated list

for example

someone that has purchased your product

someone that has also visited

this step in one of your funnels

put them together and create a smart list for me

so this is how powerful action ethics can be

this is just one of the features of creating a list so

if I just hit right out

right so once I've created a list

you can see that

my Optimus falls under an ungrouped tag

so this is where grouping can help you organize

for example

if you have a particular campaign

you can then have opt in this bias list

unsubscribe list you know

all these different list group under specific campaign

so once you've created your list

you're able to then integrate your list

with a particular opting form

so to demonstrate and illustrate that

I'll go to one of my funnels

so this is just a demo funnel that I've set up

and all these are just demo demonstration funnels

using click funnels templates right so

this is how you integrate a form

to link it to a particle list

what you want to do is go into your funnel

click on edit page

so

for a squeeze page

a landing page

and opt in page

that has an opt in form

which you want to capture

someone's name and email address

what you need to do is go to the top left corner

settings click on integration

basically you want to integrate action ethics

with this particular squeeze page

that has the opt in form

and tell click follows

whoever that submits their details

put them under a particular list

and you know

so that it goes into action ethics as well

so what you want to do here is integration

you want to select action ethics

so there's a lot

if I may go back here

so if you'd like to integrate any other auto responders

to click funnels they have

a lot of different types of integrations available

which you can kind of take a look over here

under the integration area in your profile

so you can see that under email

you can have all these different autoresponders

that you can actually link up to

click funnels

one of them is milchimus 1 so since

all action ethics is under click funnels

so it automatically integrates and

that's why this is this is automatic here

so we want to tell

you know click phones like integrate with Action Ethics

and the action to take would be to

you can either add to list

remove from list

and these different things that you can do

but just to show you

okay link to Action Ethics and add to a list

so then which list to add right

so you can actually

choose the list you like to add to

so what you can do is

if you've added a new list and it's not appearing here

you can actually refresh the list

then it will pull up the latest list

that you have created so

let me go back to my email list

okay I think it's not showing up

because I've not set up the smart rules

but I'll go ahead and create a brand new

basic and standard list

so opt in this

okay and let me see if I can get that to appear here

there we go

so the smart list I've not fully set it up

so that's why it's not appearing

this one's just a basic list

so I'll just select an opt in this here

and there we go

so you have successfully integrated

action ethics and linked it up

telling them an action to do

which is add whoever that subscribes to this form to

an opt in list

or whatever list or campaign that you like to

add them to

so once you've done that

click on save

and you're good

so just to show you how it works

I'll just load up this page

and

this is just a demo squeeze speech

by the way it looks pretty good yeah

okay so let me just fill it up

click on the submit button

alright so you redirected me to the next funnel step

which is the autofong

and this is a mock page as well

so by default

it will always redirect you to the next funnel step

unless you can you know

you set a setting where it's redirected to a

particular URL or a different page

so since I've opted in

let me do a quick refresh of my action ethics

and you can see that

I automatically fall under the opt in this right

you can see that I've entered and opted in

the opt in this

so sometimes

it takes some time for click files to update these

stats but then

you'll be able to see that yes

actually entered this area

so just wait some time for the stats to appear

but you'll be able to remove contacts

input contacts and do different things like that

so the next thing I like to show you is actually the

action funnels

so Fallout funnels

is actually an upgrade of Action funnels

it's currently in beta mode

so in the meantime

you could actually use Action Funnels

action funnels are something like

email sequence

to set up a whole sequence

so that you know

for example

customers receives

a welcome email as soon as they've purchased

few days later they receive another email

so automating all these things really

helps to save time

and to automate all the processes for you so

what you can do here is add a brand new action funnel

so let me see

so for example

opt in campaign and group tag output opt in list

I could then assign a list to it

so whoever that is in that list

will go through the action funnel

so whoever that is in that list

will go through the whole email sequence

and I've already got this setup

so if you haven't already done so

watch the SNTP video and then create the action funnel

so once you've created the action funnel

what you can do is

create steps

so the step name could be welcome email

you could then change

when to trigger the action

so it could be zero days

which means immediately after they have

opted into your list

you can send them a welcome email or a thank you email

thank you for subscribing to my list

here is the free ebook that I've promised

and then you can choose the triggers

to either do an action or send an email okay

so I'll just add a new final step so you can see here

you can then proceed to set up your email

you can use templates it's all provided over here

you can change your settings

you could change from name

could be in our case maybe small multi subject

could be thank you for your subscription

SMTP I've really got one set up here

you can set yours up following the SMTP video

and then you can update your email

and then go ahead and create your email

so you can open up the email editor

and make changes to your email

so it's very intuitive

just like how click funnels

normal funnel Peach Builder works

it's just click change the settings

and you can even drag and drop

you know move things around

and once you're happy with it

you can click on save

right so you can also see

how many people are in your queue

how many you have sent

how many failed

how many open

and how many clicked so

I'll just show you another example

it could be

follow up email

to be sent 2 days after

they've received the thank you email

same thing create your email

change your settings and you'll be able to have

a very systematized

and systematic way of building your action funnels

so that your customers

when they've opted into your list

they receive an email

receive an email a few days later

and it will go to your list

so that way

you're able to build a relationship with them

and constantly provide them with value

so the next thing I like to show you is actually the

broadcast if you click on broadcast

it will lead you to this place to

create email broadcast so

broadcasts are very effective

if you want to just send an email to all your

all of your subscribers

if you have a special offer

if you like to

just thank them for subscribing to your list

in general wishing them Happy New Year

so you need email broadcasts

what you can create new email broadcasts

and what happens is

you go to a page where you're able to then type in a

subject line

Happy New Year

and send it to a particular email list

choose a different SMTP configuration

and you know

there's different criterias

and different features available here as well from who

and you can actually send a test email to yourself

to make sure that the Emilia setup is

you know it looks good on the browser

on the mobile

and different platforms like these and yeah

so that's basically how you create email templates

so that's really the gist

of how action ethics work

you have your subscribers

you have your action funnels

where you're able to set up a sequence

you have your list where you're able to put people

in specific lists based on the form they've opted into

email broadcast to broadcast and email to you

a specific list

your whole database

or specific people that you like to target to
