Lawful Notice

To any and all statutory authorities

Dated the 28th April 2019

We the people have inherent birth rights,

established by our creator,

which protect us from harm,

loss and injury from others.

For many years now,

men and women have been subjected

to criminal and fraudulent behaviour

by the state's actions

which have been imposed upon us,

against our will,

by both criminal coercion

and legal deception.

Fear and fiction have thus combined

to bind us into slavery.

We hereby give notice

that as living men and women

we have confirmed our lawful standing

by submitting various declarations

with the Common Law Court.

Listed below are the existing categories

which are currently available for declarations:

Birth Certificate

By submitting a declaration of your birth in this category,

you establish your standing

as a living man or woman.

Fictitious Name

Once you have submitted a declaration of your birth,

you can obtain ownership of your fictitious name,

that is your legal fiction,

by making an application in this category.

Sales Declaration

By completing this category,

you are confirming

that you have sold your existing property

from the legal fiction to the living man,

in doing so you are also transferring the property

to the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court

from the statutory system and the land registry.

Medicinal Marijuana

By making a declaration in this category

you have confirmed your lawful right

to use the marijuana plant

for its medicinal properties.

Marriage Certificate

This category can be used

to make a lawful declaration of your marriage

which will be recorded

as a permanent record under common law.

Lawful Rebellion

This category allows any individual

that has submitted their oath of rebellion

under Article 61 of the Magna Carta,

to record this information.

Lis Pendens

This is a common law process

which allows any individual

to create a lawful notice to protect their property.

Commercial Liens

This category allows a recording process

for valid commercial liens

between living men and women.

Motor Vehicles

This category allows living men and women

to record their motor vehicle ownership

and to transfer it to the jurisdiction

of the Common Law Court.

Companies Register

This category allows living men and women

to record their business interests

with the Common Law Court

and by doing so confirming the fact

that the business falls under the jurisdiction

of the Common Law Court.

Other Documents

This category allows living men and women

to record any lawful documents

which are not currently listed

in the other available categories.

Public Notices

This acts as a display board

and allows the publication

of any lawful notices for men and women.

Proof of Life

This category is used to confirm

the existence of life

and allows a parent to record their property

while the mother is still carrying the child.

By recording the proof of life for their property

it ensures that when the child is born

it will also have a Common Law Birth Certificate.

Note

A man [or woman] is outlawed [outside of the law]

from society by definition.

Therefore the 'natural person'

must be created,

which is a legal entity that is used

to represent the human being in society,

so that human beings

can function in society.

To address this failing in International Law,

the Common Law Court has created

a world-wide system for the identification

of the living man and woman.

These lawful documents and ID cards

are issued through the Common Law Court

and are not connected with the artificial corporations

A DRIVER is an artificial person,

whose name is made from all capital letters

[DOE, JOHN for example,

the same as a MILITARY designation

for nomme-deguerre,

because an artificial person is 'dead']

and this artificial person [the DRIVER]

is judged with 'strict liability'

and has no rights and freedoms

but must obey all laws

applicable to the DRIVER.

The driving laws breach the inherent rights

and freedoms for the living man and woman.

Secondly, a CITIZEN is an artificial person,

whose name is also made from all capital letters

[JOHN DOE for example, the same as any CORPORATION].

Thirdly, a RESIDENT is an artificial person

[ALL-CAPITALS NAME on Government documents,

the same as a CORPORATION],

who must obey certain 'residency' requirements.

Fourthly, a HOMEOWNER is an artificial person

[ALL-CAPITALS NAME on the land title deed],

who thinks he owns the home,

in violation of the living man’s fundamental rights of life,

liberty and property,

because he never owned the property in the first place.

The living man has lawful title

while the government has legal title.

Other examples of artificial persons [legal entities]

are the VOTER, TEACHER, LANDLORD,

TENANT, TAXPAYER, DIRECTOR, SHAREHOLDER,

CARDHOLDER [for credit cards], OFFICER, EMPLOYER,

EMPLOYEE, MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT and so on,

all in Capital letters.

It appears as though statutory laws

have been constructed

so as to apply only to these artificial persons

otherwise, the laws clearly violate the Universal

Declaration of Human Rights

regarding issues of slavery, freedom, etc.

as those rights apply to the human being/living man.

As living men and women

who are sovereign and free,

we do not require any ID

except when interfacing with society

and the Government-created rules and regulations.

No living men or women

who have confirmed their standing

under the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court

will be subjected to statutory control,

until such time that the state can confirm

that they have established a superior claim

to that of the Common Law Court.

The use of Common Law Court identification

confirms that living men and women

stand under the jurisdiction

of the Common Law Court.

It therefore becomes a criminal offence

to criminally coerce the individual identified

into the statutory system

and a crime against the people.

Anyone responsible for criminal coercion

will be held personally liable

in their private capacity

and will have to answer to the people.
