who chose not to take it,

those of us who were left behind,

we'll just have to see what happens.

I know there is nothing we can do

to stop what's been prophesied
from happening,

but

that doesn't mean we just give up,
not even close.

There are souls to be saved,

and as long as there are,

our mission is clear.

some scary references

the way the world

We live in a world of chaos
and certainty and fear.

World that seems to be without answers.

and a full blown attack on anyone
who dares to question.

It's pretty easy to lose
the forest for the trees.

The good news is
that there's a plan.

Taking shape right now,

it's a plan that God spelled out
for us in the Bible.

So no matter how much trust
we have lost our leaders,

our institutions,

and even our

fellow citizens,
we can take comfort knowing

that God's truth is the only truth

and that

Christ's offer of salvation
is freely available for anyone who asks.

God revealed the future for us.

We know how it all ends.

We know the truth.

So why do so many people
being born again believers

choose to ignore Bible prophecy
or

to put it in?

Either way, why do they choose
to ignore more than 1/4 of the Bible?

When we look at what Jesus told
the disciples about prophecy,

we see that he took the

time to explain the importance
of knowing and recognising

the signs of his return.

Sure, there are some dire warnings
about what is to come,

including great deception,

seducing spirits, the Antichrist,

the tribulation judgments,

and the final earthly battle

at Armageddon.

But that doesn't mean that prophecy
is all about bad news.

On the contrary.

Prophecy is about hope

and about the love of God

who ascend Jesus again the gather of

believers and rapture them to heaven
before the tribulation begins.

OK, so you may be wondering
why prophecy matters so much.

If we are already saved,
what difference does it make?

Well, Jesus told us very clearly
what was coming,

and specifically how to recognise the

signs of his imminent return
in the last days.

He did not tell us
to ignore those signs.

He didn't tell us
to just not worry about it.

And he certainly didn't tell us
to keep it all to ourselves.

Instead, he told us to watch
and be ready.

In fact, Jesus's revelation

that John is the only book
in the Bible to promise

a special

blessing upon those who read it.

Remember, too, that one of the most
important things about Bible prophecy

is that it

is God's ultimate proof
that he is who he says he is.

There are literally hundreds
of prophecies in the Bible

that have already been fulfilled.

Prophecies about things
that would have been impossible

for any human to have foreseen.

That is a powerful tool
for evangelism.

Too many Christians don't seem to realise

that prophecy can open the door

for even the

toughest sceptic.

Because once you know
that what the Bible prophesied

for the past

has all come to pass

exactly as it was written,

then surely you know that what was said
about the future will

happen too.

So we know what's coming and the question

is should we warn everyone we can,

or should

we let people follow their own path
and not risk offending them

with what we know about

the end times?

The renowned atheist magician
Penn Jillette put it this way.

If I believed to be on a shadow
of a doubt that a truck

was coming at you

and you didn't

believe it.

That the truck was bearing down on you,

there's a certain point
that I tackled you.

And this.

What I'm talking about right now
is more important than that.

Is equal to 33 tells the story
of the watchman and the wall.

We are told that if we
see danger approaching

and fail to blow the trumpet
to warn those

who are in peril,

then their blood
will be on our hands.

If, however, we do sound the alarm,

then even if no one listens,

God will bless our efforts.

I think the message
is pretty clear, don't you?

We need to wake up
as many people as we can,

both in the church and in the world.

The Bible tells us that life
in the last days

will be like it was in the days of Noah.

No one knew what was coming,
but no one would listen to him.

Guess he was probably
the original conspiracy theorist.

It must have been
very frustrating for him,

but what would have been even worse
is knowing

that he couldn't take everyone
with him on the arm.

And today we have a very different mandate
than no one did.

Instead of an art,

we have a fleet of luxury cruise ships

destined for an eternity in

heaven, and we can invite and promise

free passage to anyone willing to listen.

So let's not ignore prophecy
as we watch it unfold right

before our very eyes.

Instead, let us shout it
from the rooftops

and use the incredible proof

that God has

provided in the Bible to win Souls today.

No one is asking you
to be perfect or promise

that you even know how to be perfect.

If your trust is fully
in Jesus Christ,

your sole responsibility
is to say a simple prayer
