two weeks to a month to recover from mothballing.

The T-80 has a more complicated process and
is on average a month.

In addition, in most cases the restoration
takes place in a cannibalistic format, that

is, parts from other tanks are used.

Such a format is particularly common when
restoring the T-64, as well as the T-62.

It is worth noting that the T-62s are the
easiest and fastest to restore, but they are

completely out of step with the challenges
and level of modern warfare.

But the Russians have no other choice, it
is the T-62s that can be sent to the front

serious problem: an unprecedented shortage

of tanks.
