When we'd play till five in the morning,
we had to pack up ourselves.

I think the best way to keep going
is to stay true to yourself

because it's easy
to get dragged into all the fuss.

If a lot of people say you're fantastic,

you also believe you're fantastic.

Luckily, we have each other
to share it a bit.

I want to keep my boundaries
and be okay with myself.

I still want to identify
with my friends and those around me.

if we drive each other crazy,

Freek just enjoyed making music.

We'd often tinker together
to make a pedal board for a guitar,

He didn't have a driver's license,
so I had to go along

or drive him over to Suzan.

we experienced together,

as Suzan & Freek

did the name really become their name
because then we could no longer change it.

I thought this time was really nice.

Freek lived in Tilburg,

and Suzan lived in Delft.

They had their own lives, the two of them.

Then they had The Minute,
and on weekends they traveled

to Achterhoek together, if possible,
or separately,

because The Minute had to be recorded.

Then it was released
on Friday evening at 6:30.

That was the best time, Freek said,
to put something on Facebook.
