So when the core is fully charged,

it transmits the power to the capacitors.

and Alex, I gotta tell you,
these diagrams look a lot

like the diagrams for
the particle accelerator.

Only much smaller, and simpler,

and not for any particles I've ever seen.

I don't know about this part
of it, but the three platform--

- They generate the barrier, I think.

There's one right next
to it up near the road.

I tried destroying it, but I
couldn't do anything to it.

- See, most accelerators have to be built

in a big, circular underground tunnel

so that the particles
don't run into things,

but dark matter, it doesn't
react to normal matter.

You could build it right out
in the middle of nowhere.

If we can deactivate them,
maybe even just one of them,

maybe it'll bring us
back to the normal world.
