you guys to the webinar for today.

And we've got a ton of guys jumping on
here, which is awesome and we're going to

get started here in about 1 minute.

I just want to make sure we've got

everyone here.
So hopefully, First off to begin, I hope

you had a good holiday, couple weeks, a
couple weeks of holiday and fun.

We've been having a great time here with
our family and as a company and now we're

back ready to rock and roll and have some
more fun this year.

So appreciate you guys.

Let us kind of shift the schedule around

a little bit.

And today we're going to be talking about

automated webinar funnel, which is
something that I'm really excited for a

bunch of reasons and so excited to be
able to share this stuff with you guys

today. Now one thing to know if you've tried to

build an automated webinar at this point.

The click funnels, there are a couple

core features that were kind of
struggling with and have quite finished.

But as of today, most of them are all
done now.

So I'm actually going to show you guys an
automated webinar funnel built out.

We're gonna go through the whole
psychology and all the different pieces

of it.
But by today, you guys will be able to

start building out automated webinar
funnels and I'm excited for that.

Alright, very cool you guys.

We're excited to have you guys all here.

Stan is potato gun happy.

That's like the best kind of happy, I'm
pretty sure right so I'm going to kind of

talk about some of the concepts and
automated webinars for a bit here.

And I think this is something to get you
guys really excited.

So if you look here on the right hand
side, this is kind of like this is the

layout of an automated webinar funnel.

If I was going to go whiteboard something

out, this is kind of what I would sketch
out now to give you some background on

where I first learned to automated
webinars.

I remember when I was probably six or
seven years ago we had.

A high end mastermind group.

We went to this place called Pirates Cove

in Las Vegas and it's this guy who
basically built this huge pirate house

and it costs us like things like 15 grand
a day to rent it rent for a whole week.

We do a big bash for my meeting out
there.

It's really kind of fun.

We do every few years.

And this one time we did it and Rich
Sheffrin was in our group, he wasn't able

to make it.

So his partner Brian came and Brian when

he was doing his presentation in the
mastermind group set up and said hey

guys, we're building this scene called an
automated webinar and he showed us the

singing. All these like if then like if someone

registers then send this email and if
they open, you know, if they show up, the

webinars do this.

And it was just huge thing.

I remember looking at it, I was like wow,
that is the most complex complicated

thing my mind couldn't even comprehend.

It was so big and I was like well, good

luck with that.

And so they went and they were kind of

mapping this thing out and giving us the
idea behind what they were trying to do

and how they are going to accomplish it.

And so again we looked at that and I was

like wow, it's really cool.

I don't know how in the world you

execute. It was so complicated and so big and

broad. And then he went on after that Mastermind

group and they launched it.

And then for like 2 years, Rich

completely disappeared.
Like, I didn't hear from him anymore.

Nobody really.

He didn't talk to anyone.

It was kind of just gone.

He was just had disappeared.

And I don't know like what had happened,
if his business was struggling or what.

And a couple years later i caught up in
the event.

I'm like came out what's going on?
And he just kind of smiled.

And he's like, you know, things are
things really good?

I'm like, oh really?
What's been working, what's been

happening?
And he's like, remember the automated

webinar we showed you at Pirates Cove?
He said yeah.

He said we launched it.

He's like it's just it's just cranking

out cash day-to-day out without me ever
even being here.

They have to be involved at all.

It's like I pretty much just kind of

taking the last couple years off and just
we're just driving traffic into see and

just works as like i was like really
jealous.

I'm like oh man.

Like I want an automated webinar.

Remember how like complicated and how big
it's seen.

I was just like that's not something that
we're going to be able to do.

And about that time he wrote this report
and it was called the Evergreen event

driven. Something like that.

It's just report about this concept,
automated webinars.

I remember reading it, I was just like
wow, this is really cool.

But again, technology hadn't really
caught up to the point where we could do

any of these kind of things without just
custom building a million things.

But it was just really cool concept.

And so Fast forward now like a year or so

later, I remember Mike Filsaime.

This is before he ever launches Evergreen

business automated webinar platform and
he emailed me and a couple of guys and

said hey I built out so automated webinar
platforms kind of similar to what she's

doing. So if it automates the whole thing if

you're interested you can buy the script
for me for ten thousand dollars is like

I'm never going to tell anyone else.

And so it's funny me and me and Mike

Dillard only two people that bought it
from my we both paid 10 grand and Mike

kind of walks through the process and
remember Mike launched his automated

webinar and the very first one he
launched was for a company he was

launching. Called the elevation group, which some of

you guys may have, may have heard of
them, but the elevation group launched in

the first year did twenty million dollars
through one automated webinar, excuse me,

which was just crazy.

And then we built ours out on this

platform. We kind of did it and we launched our

first one and in the 1st 90 days we did
over 1000000$ And I remember like I just

had this epiphany like wow.

Like automated webinars are so great

because I don't have to go and do webinar
live every single week or a couple times

a week and there's still a time to do it.

Like, you know, we talked about webinar

training before and if you look at me
like I'm still doing live funnel hacks

trainings each week or funnel hacks,
sales presentations each week.

But then there's other webinars that do
that.

I do them once and then after it's done I
go back and I automate and that's you

guys today is how we how I'm automating
one that did really well for us four or

five months ago and just been kind of
sitting there and it could be making me,

you know, five or 6000$ a day.

If I had it out there, but I haven't,

it's just been sitting there and it's
been wasting money and now that we have

click funnels done with the automated
webinar portion, I'll be able to roll

this one out as well as other ones, which
is kind of cool.

Now the other the cool thing is that
mostly any other automated webinar

software out in the market costs anywhere
from 500 bucks up to three or 400$ a.

Month and you guys have this all free
inside of click funnels.

So this is another gift we give you guys
because we love you and want you to be

successful and automated webinars are
awesome.

Now I probably give you some earning
disclaimer.

Just cuz you have automated webinar
doesn't mean you're going to do 20

million like.
Mike Dillard is meant to do a million in

90 days like I did.

It just means you're able to build out a

presentation that doesn't require you
being there all the time which is pretty

cool. And once something we found from our

webinar automated webinars is our
conversion rates actually lower on them

typically than a live webinar.

But the same time I can do a webinar

every hour on the hour somewhere around
the world 24 hours a day, you know 7,

seven days a week, three hundred sixty
five days a year.

And So what you make when you losing
conversion you can make up for through

sequencing and just brute force of having
this thing always working and always

making sales for you which is exciting.

So that's some kind of background on

automated webinars.
And so I think you guys are gonna are

gonna love it alright so I've had like 5
people ask me who how I make these

drawings. So I have a designer who works for me who

sketches all these things out for me.

We actually, I'm launching my very first

book this year and he did I think like 80
different sketches of all my core

concepts. This is just one of the pages from my

book that I thought I pull out and show
you guys to help illustrate this concept

better. So this is again, I'm going to walk

through the basics of what an automated
webinar funnel looks like and how it kind

of works.

Ok. And you can get more complex than

some people do.

I'm all for simplicity and trying to keep

things easier than hard and so that's
kind of what I'm doing here.

So this is basically the way it works.

First thing you have is have a

registration page.
So it comes to your page and they

register for your webinar, right?
Pretty simple right?

They have to register, then they are
taken to a confirmation page where then

they can pick the date and the time.

The date and the time that they want to.

Excuse me back here on the registration
page to pick the date and the time and

then here on the confirmation page it
shows them this is the date and time

register for this is when your webinar is
happening.

The other thing that we did and if you
run my hundred eight split test book, one

of the tests in there we found is that by
adding an option on the registration form

that says watch yesterday's replay now I
think it was like.

Ohh man he was.

25 % of the people chose that option but

50 % of our profits came from that
option.

And So what happens is that, excuse me,
someone can choose replay immediately

where if they want they can immediately
go and watch the replay of the video or

they can go and pick a date in the
future.

So depending which one they do is which
either goes to a confirmation page or

directly to a replay page and then the
confirmation page.

Then this page will basically have a
countdown clock and when it hits zero

then boom it bumps you over to the
webinar page.

They can actually watch the webinar and
the webinar.

At the end of it you send them to
wherever you want to.

Tell your thing right.

So pretty basic.

Flow that makes sense, you guys.

So they register.

If they register and for date in the
future, they see the confirmation page.

If they watch yesterday's replay, now
they're taking me to a replay.

And then if you're watching in the
future, they go from confirmation page,

the countdown clock hits zero.

Then boom, redirection to the webinar

page. They watch webinar after the webinar,

they give you money or if they watch the
replay, they can give you money as well.

Ok, so that's those are the pages inside
of click funnels you build.

And then right here what's cool is
there's actually email.

Sequencing and the cool thing about click
funnels is that it's built so that it can

actually tell it tells who registers for
webinar, which is pretty easy.

Then tells who actually shows up for the
webinar.

Ok, so first we have subscribers.

These are people who subscribe for your

webinar. You can see who showed up for the webinar

and stayed all the way till the end.

Who's sure if the webinar and left before

you gave them and they offer and who
didn't show up.

So it's cool that segments these people
and So what that means is we can send out

different email sequences depending on
what they do.

When somebody registers.

Our goal is to give them either get on

the webinar or watch a replay.

Right as soon as they've actually shown

up for webinar, we say boom, that person
showed up.

Now how long are they staying on and
it'll watch to watch and they leave

halfway through webinar.

Boom, it says hey, this person was on the

webinar. They left early, you should send them to

the replay.
Didn't see the whole thing send to the

replay, OK or you say the state to the
end.

But they didn't buy, you know, boom,
straight to the offer page.

Or if they didn't show up, let's get them
to go and show up.

Ok. So it does some really cool
sequencing.

And that is one of the powerful things,
automated webinars that are hard to

replicate on real webinar.

You know, people always ask me about, you

know, on a real webinar, how do I
sequence, you know, the people that

showed up and left early and things like
that.

And it's really hard.

Typically you have to go into go to

webinar. You had export all your registration, all

your registrants.

See how long they stayed on the webinar

for, you know?
see. You know and then send those to

different email auto responder system.

It's just it's not easy worth on an

automated webinar it becomes really easy
click phones will do that sifting and

sorting for you and it will watch what's
happening with their behavior is and it

will move them from list to list as
they're doing different things in the in

the webinars which is pretty awesome do
you guys think.

All right. Ok now some said my only using
go to webinar.

I use go to webinar for my live ones.

But the automated webinar phones you

don't need any other service.

Everything happens inside of click

funnels. You need external third party service at

all. Everything can happen again 100 % inside

of click funnels.

Good question.

Alright, cool.

Alright, cool.

Ok. So that's the layout of an automated
webinar and kind of how it works.

And I'm going to bring this picture back
and forth a couple of times so you guys

can see it obviously.

But again, I want to mention over here,

the power of automated webinars again is
the sequencing.

You can build all these really cool
sequences and also the automation, the

fact that they can happen 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, whether you're there

or not, which is really cool.

Ok. So if you guys want to start building

process.

Let me move this.

So the first step in the process is.

You have got to create a webinar and if
you watch the webinar training you know a

little bit about this.

The first step is you've got to create a

webinar. So if you log into your funnel hacks

Ok. It kind of explain what the perfect

So this is a script that we use.

but it goes through the script.

And this script is basically, it's 10

years of me trying to learn how to sell
stuff from at seminars or on webinars.

I think I talked about a little bit
during the webinar training as well.

But I literally when I when I first got
in this business, I remember I went to my

first Internet marketing seminar and I
got there and the first guy got up and he

spoke and then if he sold stuff and I saw
people running to the back of the room

and buying things.

I remember doing the math, I think he

sold like a 2000$ package and I was
counting like.

Two four six eight ten twelve for that
guy made eighty thousand dollars and the

next speaker gets up, he talks for 90
minutes.

He does his clothes and people run the
back and I'm doing the math and after

about four or five people like that I was
just like I got to learn how to do this.

And for me I was super shy.

I didn't dare to talk to people I didn't

dare to like it was so far outside of my
comfort zone.

But I'm like if somebody can make 100
thousand two hundred thousand dollars in

an hour doing something I got to figure
out how to do this.

And so that started my 10 year journey of
trial and error and I'll save you guys

all the.
All the stories right now.

But I literally had seminars I'd go to.

I'd be in front of 200 people do have

presentation. I close, and not a single person would

move. You're like crickets in the back of the

room. And it was like the most embarrassing

thing in the world.

And for 10 years I tried to learn this

crap I went through probably, I don't
know, 12 or 13 public speaking programs,

teach, learning how to sell from stage.

I went and I practiced and practiced.

I did webinars.

I did teleseminars I did.

And after 10 years we kind of came up
with this script and kind of give you

guys how powerful this script is.

Umm, you guys went through it.

You saw me do this script when you did
the funnel hacks training.

That's how you purchased this while
you're on here right now.

So you see me do it once, but the first
time I ever gave the final hacks

presentation, I literally it was like 2
days before this event.

I was speaking at Mike Phil, same event,
and he wanted me to come present and to

sell something and I didn't have anything
put together.

So I literally have printed out perfect

I set it on my desk, open up PowerPoint,
I started building out the slides and I

created the perfect webinar script or
excuse me, the funnel hacks sales

presentation. From this like I did not deviate at all.

I followed this process perfectly, went
to his event spoke, I think it closed 36

% of the room.

When I mentioned the price, I got a

standing ovation.
Some guys were you remember that we then

went on to this webinar and did over
1000000$ in three weeks on webinars and

then I spoke at Dan Kennedy's event,
closed 49 % of the room and same thing

got standing ovation when I shared the
price.

And that's the power is perfect webinar
script.

This is literally as ten years of me
humiliating myself for huge audiences to

find out what works and I'm giving to you

So just use it so last step when you have
to have a good webinar.

So you need to have a webinar.

That's the first step.

You have the webinar, then you got to go
build out the slides.

If your Mac person, you do it typically
in keynote.

If you're a PC person you do it in
PowerPoint.

Whatever way works best for you.

A lot of people say well can I just get

on and just wing it and the answer is you
can.

But with something like this where if you
execute it correctly, it can make you

hundreds of thousands of dollars in an
hour.

It's worth scripting it out and getting
it right.

Ok, so hopefully that makes sense.

All right alright.

This is cool.

Alright, I'm just watching all your guys

I saw.

Process that I was raised the best
speaker traffic generation Genesis, thank

you anyway, it's really cool.

So you guys are getting that this pitch,

this presentation, this outline is
1000000$ pitch and we're seeing this work

in tons of different industries and our
coaching program in fact next week we

have a big, huge event happening out here
in Boise and for two days we're focusing

on this script and the process and all
these kind of things because it works and

it's working.

We're seeing it working in real estate

and stock market and like all these
different verticals we're seeing it

working. Weird verticals have nothing to do with

money. So it's just, it just works.

So just again, please, if nothing else,
take my 10 years of embarrassment and

just plug it in for yourself.

Ok. So first step there is the perfect

webinar. You've got to have it and you got to

build out a webinar presentation.

So that's kind of on your side.

Now what I recommend doing, you guys.

When I created my very first automated

webinar, I wanted to make it perfect.

And so I remember I sat down, I opened up

Camtasia to record it, and I literally
sat there for.

I came in late late at night in the I
spent 4 hours in here recording slide by

slide, like record a slide and I'd mess
up.

I'd pause and I'd rerecord it and record
it.

I sent 4 hours trying to get this one
perfect presentation and I did it, but it

was really hard.

The other thing that was really hard for

me and i practiced a lot.

So i kind of gotten through.

But for most people they really struggle
is when you're in front of a live

audience and you talk.

You talk with a certain energy level and

excitement and passion and when you're at
your house you know and or your office

and you're recording at night and.

Nobody else is around.

Usually you come off like this, even if
you're trying to be excited.

You just come off like this and just your
tonality is going to make people not buy

from you.
Ok, So what I recommend doing for most of

you guys is the very first time you do
your webinar.

When you're trying to create a video that
you're going to use for your automated

webinar version, I recommend doing it
live the first time.

If nothing else at least wants to do it
live.

Like for example the high ticket secrets.

I'm going to show you guys here in a

minute. I did live first, it did awesome, and

then I took that live presentation that
video files when I'm converting now into

my webinar.
Ok now for some of you guys you may say I

don't want to use go to webinar or you
know, I don't want to, I don't do live

whatever you're not gonna listen to my
advice.

If not, that's fine.

But you when you record it when you step

your recording device and go and you do
it.

What I recommend doing though is making
sure that when you when you talk you how

do I explain it?
Well this probably when I when I first

went to I did an infomercial huge mistake
but I didn't infomercial like.

Probably 8 years ago, seven or eight
years ago now.

And I remember went there and the
infomercial guy was like super cheesy.

Like, you know, you guys seen
infomercials, guy was like 2 total cheese

ball and he's like the host.

And I'm talking and he's like all over

the top.
And I'd be like, hey, my name is Russell

Brunson. And I remember like we kept trying to

record over and over again and finally
said Russell.

He said, he said if you record yourself
talking normal like this is it on TV,

you're going to sound like this.

He's like he's going, you're over the top

with excitement.

He said it's going to come out very

normal. Right now you're talking normal, so it's

coming out dead and flat and boring.

Like if you guys saw me right now, I'm

sitting at the edge of my chair.

I'm talking with my hands.

I've got like i can't see any of you
guys, obviously, but I'm envisioning guys

in front of me and I'm talking like I'm
on stage because I need that energy up.

So otherwise you guys would be super
bored.

Ok? So if you're recording it, make sure
you think about that logically because

it's so important.

You have to be.

If you're not doing it live, you have to
pretend like it's live.

You have to talk as if you were talking
for an audience and use your hand

motions. And like literally, if I just.

I'm right now if I put my hands
underneath the desk and I don't talk with

my hands and I sit back in my chair and I
just try to present the same way.

I don't know if you guys can tell, but
there's different.

The flux, the fluctuations of my voice
right now are different and I'm talking

the same way.

Just my hands are under my desk and my

I'm leaning back on my seat.

Is that weird?

So just by me like shifting my weight to
the front of my seat and start moving my

hands, there's just more animation,
there's more motion, and it's just, it's

this weird thing that you won't
understand until you try to do it the

very first time.

Ok, so if you're recording.

Again, I recommend do it live.

You have to call up your friends and

family members and say, hey, can you come
on, go to webinar and just listen to this

thing just because then you're gonna know
there's live audience and you will talk

differently. You have more expression, your energy

will be up because if you just sit down
and record it, most of you guys are

really going to struggle with that cool
all right.

So how to record it?
So a couple of different ways because you

got to get a video file, right?
I am a big fan of go to webinar.

I know some of you guys have said you're
not gonna use go to webinar because it's

too expensive or whatever.

Cool thing. Go to webinar, check it out,

30 day free trial.

Like just get the free trial like if

nothing else it's worth it.

At the same time even if you don't get

the free trial like what are the pricing
plans?

Ok, 80 bucks a month gets you 100
attendees.

300 bucks a month gets 504 bucks a month
gets 2000 So it's kind of expensive.

But five hundred, ten just, you know, 500
people.

To show up live, you're gonna have to
get, you know, fifteen hundred to two

thousand people to register so it's worth
the three hundred nineteen bucks a.

Month you guys, if you make one sale of
your product you made-up for the month,

you can do things all the time, but
regardless, for the automated webinar

version, you just need a recording.

So just get the trial, get 10 people on

whatever use their recording.

Abilities and you can record it yeah

inside of go to webinar, there's a little
record button.

They click record, you do your
presentation and records it for you and

it's done.
It pops out of video file.

Ok, which is an easy way to do it.

Ok. Now if you don't want to use go to

webinar for whatever reason, the other
thing is just open up your PowerPoint

slides and then record it.

So I personally use the program called

Camtasia. I think it's like a couple hundred bucks

one time and then you have it forever.

Or you can try for free so you get it for

free for a month.

Yeah anyway it's Camtasia.

I said go to webinar, Camtasia, click
funnels and my auto responder software.

The two four tools that made the most
money.

So it's worth it's worth investing in
this you guys.

Plus there's a free trial so the way
campaign works is you just open it up you

open up your screen, you click record and
you just talk and it records anything

happening on your screen.

So you can open PowerPoint, click play on

PowerPoint, click record and boom you
just go through and you've created your

video that way if your Mac person.

Max got a program called Screenflow.

It's very similar to Camtasia and I'm a
Mac guy now, but I was raised on all the

PC one, so I still like screen or
Camtasia better.

In fact, I'm recording this video right
now in Camtasia, but you can do it also

in screenflow, which most Mac people like
a lot better.

So those are the different tools.

The other thing I'm going to show you is.

This is the mic I use.

I think it's like 100 bucks.

If you go to Amazon, type in Audio
Technica.

And boom, right here one hundred twenty
nine dollars.

This is the microphone I use.

I plug it in and that's I'm talking to

right now actually as we speak, you guys.

And it is awesome.

So if you need because you want a good
audio when you're doing your recording.

So like I said Audio Technica, this is
what I use personally.

This one's awesome.

The other one that's good.

To get to Yeti.

Then all my friends.

Yeah, yeah.

Well, this is 100 bucks, so both of these

are awesome.

I personally use the Audio Technica.

It's my favorite, but the Yeti is nice as
well.

This one is nice because you can travel
well, you can unscrew those side things

and it folds down.

You can put your suitcase really nice.

So again, 100 bucks you got a killer
microphone that way your sound quality

sounds really good on your webinar when
you do the actual recording of it cool

all right so.

I'll take that as a little picture of it,

actually. Yeti, that's cool.

Ok. So that's kind of the technical part
behind you guys.

That's it's not that difficult.

You just got to do it.

And I know that's gonna be scary for some
of you guys.

And somebody's gonna be excited to do it,
but it's just that's kind of how we do

it. Ok. For me, I do it on go to webinar.

I record through, go to webinar.

I always make a backup recording.

Camtasia, take those video files now.

It's done.

Now, when your video file is done, after
you've got it done, you've done it

through whatever.
However, whatever format you're done now,

all I do is I take it and I upload it to
YouTube.

So check it out.

This is high.

Think it's secrets.

This is the webinar that I did.

Is probably maybe even six months ago.

I just webinar once I spent a bunch of

time preparing for it.

We launched it, we had a thousand dollar

product, it sold like crazy.

And then stupid Russell was too lazy and

didn't want to do the webinar again and
didn't have click funnels.

I couldn't just build an automated
webinar platform really quick.

So it's just been sitting there.

And so yesterday before I was kind of

thinking about today's training, you
know, I'm going to just build out my high

ticket secrets webinar right now.

And so right now this is just my video

file. If you check out this, I just took the

video file that Camtasia saved and I
uploaded it here to YouTube.

And I want to work.

There's my pitch.

So if you go through, you'll see there's
all the slides, there's any pitching,

this whole thing and at the end I got my
call the action at the end anyway.

all this is just my PowerPoint

presentation record on Camtasia uploaded

yourself doing it and then upload it to

Ok, I'm not that technical, but I'm able

All right, so automate the webinar

registration page.
That's the first one I built right here.

I'll go through this process here from
scratch in a second just so you guys can

see. So I built that first.

So here is my registration page.

Now a couple things you will notice when

you learn it.

When you go through the perfect webinar

script, I talk about the content of your
thing I talk about.

First thing I do is you got to create
your one thing and then your 3 secrets.

Ok, that's how I structure my content.

And that may not make sense to you right

now, but after you watch that training,
it'll make sense.

If you notice like this right here, my
headline is my one thing, and then down

here are my 3 secrets secret one, secret
2, secret three.

Ok, that's where I plug those things in
here.

But this looks basically just like any
other automated.

Or any other webinar registration page.

I just used the basic template and I just

changed some things out, changed some
colors, added some pictures, just doing

basic things.
Any of you guys can use click funnels to

make this page look cool.

So that's kind of what I did.

I added some cool things this time that I
thought were fun.

I'm going to test limited CD, available
warning free, training almost full.

If they click on this video file it pops
open the registration box same as here.

All right, now a couple of things to note
on this page.

When they register, say click on register
my seat, it pops open the popup and

checks out.
So the first thing to do is pick their

desired date so they can watch
yesterday's replay now.

They can watch.

Webinar tomorrow, Thursday or Friday.

I think we might update that because
ideally I want them to watch one even

tonight. So I might have our guys tweaked that a

little bit.
But you can see you can watch yesterday,

we play now or they can do one of the
future ones, they pick a future one and

then they can pick which time they want,
eleven two four six or eight since I'm

watch at 6:00 and it's already goes off
of that person's local time.

So if they're in at six PM and they live
in Indonesia, it should pull from their

local time and give it to them at six PM.

Their time.

So hopefully that makes sense.

Then I have come here, I register, boom,

and then I'm registered for the webinar.

Ok, I haven't looked at my auto responder

yet. He's not going to actually register.

But just so you guys know how that works.

Ok, now my second page.

After they registered, I have my
confirmation page.

So here's my confirmation page.

few quick steps to make sure all the

they chose will be automatically plugged

So have their date and time have a

countdown clock that will be counting
down until their webinars live and then

right here says your unique webinar link
and then they'll have a special link

right here that click phones generates
for them so they come back to that link

it'll still.
Show the same countdown clock all the way

till it gets to zero.

When it gets to zero, boom, it will

refresh over and start actually playing
the webinar.

That cool.

They can add to their calendar here, they

can print it out, they can share this on
Facebook.

And that's kind of how it works.

So this is really where the power starts

happening. You guys.

You think about it on the first page.

Let me say it again.

On the first page, they could pick the
date and time in the second page, now

customize this page based on when they
picked it, and it gives them a very

custom URL.
It's just for them.

So they come back to that, it will be for
their time zone, their everything, and

they watch that it'll work perfectly for
them.

Ok, so that's step number two here.

A couple things you'll notice, like this

is the tag that'll plug in the website or
the website that their specific link.

I think we're going to be adding that as
an actual tag here soon.

Hopefully next day or so, but that's kind
of how that works.

actually pretty good.

Someone's asking like does YouTube
streams and the answers.

Yeah, we tried streams on like wistia,
but it's like a two hour long video and

it was costing us like little like 10
grand a month.

So I'm like, oh, we did have Amazon.

It's still expensive.

So like I stream it off YouTube now and
it just makes it super cheap.

We'll actually free, which is even better
than cheap.

And when you upload things YouTube, you
can set them as unlisted, private or

public. If it's public, anyone can see it.

If it's.

Private that only certain people can see.

We've make it unlisted.

It means anyone can see if it's embedded

somewhere, but they can't just find the
link on their own and so we just make it

unlisted. That way people never find this webinar.

But then I can plug it into click funnels
and then people can watch it streaming

there and that way it's using YouTube.

Bandwidth doesn't cost me any money and

it's just awesome.

Saves you a ton of money.

You don't have much option to change that
but on the time you can kind of change

eleven AM and I don't want a six, PM I
only want it being.

2-4 and eight, right, whatever that is,
you kind of pick what, which times you

want, how many you want, things like
that, which is kind of cool.

And then other than that, you just got to
go.

You know, that's the thing that's really
different on this page.

You can also then go integrate with your
auto responder so they're added to your

auto responder so that page number one is
done.

Right now, exit.

The patient number two may not be.

Completely ready for you guys.

There might be some things that are

adding right now.

Again, they've done a big update on the

I know they're pushing some of the things

the couple hundred bucks a month I got to

pay for it.

And it's just that the tool that I know

really well, I know people use webinar
jam.

Love it.

So it kind of depends on your own

personality. If you're looking for a cheaper

alternative, definitely use webinar jam.

If you're looking for something that

she's been tried and true and been used
forever, I used go to webinar, so I love

go to webinar.

So that kind of is why we why you need
those.

these.

So if you look at that, you can see it
and say, OK, what are they going to get?

Here's the email, looks like what they're
going to get.

And so you can go back in here and you
can edit it, you can change it, you can

add more emails.

So say if they missed webinar, I want to

have 5 emails or 10 emails or a million
emails.

You can keep just adding emails in here.

Just to that segment, OK, now again

somebody misses the webinar, they go
watch the replay.

It's going to bump them from missed
webinar now to boom.

Do they stay for the whole offer?
They see the purchase like it'll bump

them to the new list and it'll sift and
sort and move people around based on what

they're doing in the webinar.

Is that is that exciting, you guys?

So all you have to do is come in here.

And again by default we preload these

emails in there so you can edit them or
you can go back and add them.

Now you may have to have your own SMTP
mail or to edit emails.

It might be by default we give you some
you might have.

Add your SMTP mailing.

when's gonna be out, when's it gonna go
out.

So I can say send this one out zero days
and 12 hours after 11 hours over.

Ok, delay from the webinar time so you
can choose to have this delayed this

delayed days and hours later when the
webinar event happens instead of when the

contact opposite.

Ok cool.

So this is this means if I don't select
this, it's going to do the delay based on

when they registered, or if I do select
it, it's going to delay based on when

their webinar time was OK.

So for example this email, I might want

this to happen like one hour after
webinars over.

So I'll say if the webinar is 2 hours
long then I want this an hour later, so

it's three hours.

After the webinar starts, I want this

email going out saying dude wasn't that
awesome, OK, and now they'll get that

email and check it out.

It should have appeared umm.

Somewhere it did not appear for some
reason.

Some might be a little glitch will get
fixed, but conceptually that makes sense.

You guys, how that all works.

Yeah, the emails in there and then boom,

it'll pop right in there.

All right.

So that's kind of the power, you guys,
about automated webinars and why?

For their why they're so exciting.

Someone said, hey Russ, what about

indoctrination emails with value to get
them to attend?

Yeah, so all these things were shared,
you guys, they all stack upon each other,

OK?
That's why we did the webinar training

first before the automated webinar runs.

There's more things you can do to keep

making this better and amplifying it
more.

Like what he's asking about is when we
talked about webinars, I talked about

after someone registered for webinar.

I give them three indoctrination videos

to get them prepared for the webinar.

Can you have automated webinars?

Heck yeah, you can definitely should be
doing that as well.

Ok, so definitely you can add more
elements in there.

I just want to kind of show you guys the
core of it because I don't want to get

over complicated.
A lot of people who if I talk too much

about all the cool things you can do,
you'll try to do everything and never get

it done.

To make it automated webinar work, these

are the pieces you need to guys
registration page, confirmation page, web

and webinar, playing room, replay room,
your order page and then the email

sequences are going to go out to people.

That's what you need to make this work.

So do that part first and then if you've
got time or after you've launched it, you

want to grow, then come back and add in.

Indoctrination emails, more videos, and

there's so many things you can do on top
of that, but this is kind of where it

begins and so I want to focus on for
right now, great questions.

Ok. Let's see someone saying, can we do
that email sequencing with our own auto

responder?
No, it's hard because most autoresponders

don't allow you to move things that way.

And that's what we gave you as the

ability to do it inside of click funnels
because we can track what's happening,

what they're doing, when they're leaving,
when they're saying and move people based

on that.

If we were to, you know, you can still

have someone subscribe when they Register
here, Adam, to your aweber form, but

you're not going to know what happened
back here.

There's no way for aweber or get response
for us to post back where they're at.

And so you kind of have to, you know, for
us, we have some register and they're

added to our email address.

Owner and we send them emails that way,

but then all of the sequencing for the
webinar happens right here inside of

inside of click funnels.

Did you go over the indoctrination of the

Yes, I did.

So I said why give the various times to

10 if they can watch the replay
instantly.

Isn't all the same webinar?
The answer is yes.

In fact to tell you the truth.

And Todd can tell you the story as well.

When we first did our first automated
webinar, we just gave him three times in

the future, right today, tomorrow, and
the next day.

And the big problem we had well not a big
problem.

One of my friends, he was Rich Shepherd.

He had on his watch yesterday's replay

now. And I was so upset about because like

that ruins that defeats the entire
purpose of this whole automated webinar.

Like it just it's just like.

Watching a sales video, right.

And I didn't like the concept, but I was
like, I gotta see if it works.

So we tested it and we ran it for like 2
weeks and finally I was like take it off.

Like he's just driving me crazy.

And he was like well, before take off

let's see if it's working.

And we did the numbers and if you if you

have the.com
secret labs book, we shared that split

test in there.

I don't have that in front of me right

now, but I remember that like.

I think we have like a fourth of the

people watched yesterday's replay now,
but half of ourselves came from those

people who watched it now.

It's like our hyperactive buyers who are

ready to go right now.

And so because of that, we kept that

feature in there.

In fact, we made it the default at 1st

and just kept seeing increase in revenue.

So yeah, it's it doesn't make sense.

have an affiliate program instantly with

people come in and they can register and
you can have that all housed inside of

click funnels.
So I don't know about you but.

I am so excited about that and I don't
know how long it's gonna take.

Russell ClickBank, who sweet say that

again yeah so what we're doing is we're
building out an affiliate and a customer

like a basic CRM inside of click funnels.

So you will be able to have an affiliate

program. So I clicked on.

So basically you set your problem, click
funnels, you know like we showed you guys

what you're setting the product and you
go and you add, you add your product

price, you'll be at like what Philly
Commission on that?

Correct and boom it will be done.

And then you have affiliate center you

send people to they sign up and they can
promote your products all inside of click

funnels. So it's going to be, it's going to be

awesome. So I'm going to do something special for

you guys as not planned.

But if you come back here to our training

schedule because we've got we still have
a launch funnels and we've got traffic

hacks which is a bonus training.

As soon as this new feature is done, I'm

going to train with you guys to show you
how to build an affiliate program.

It's by far the best traffic strategy in
the world.

When I first launched my company all I
folks homes affiliate management and my

first. 18 months I recruited 30000 thousand
