All language subtitles for 06-The Job Board

What's going on?
Funnel closers, this is Matt Ganzak and I

want to show you the job board so we've
just gone live with it and if you find

any bugs or anything like that, you can
reach out to me.

I'm posting this video up into the group,
so if you find any bugs just let me know.

But I want to take you through and
explain exactly how the job board works.

So as you come to hire.

Dot funnel closer dot com you'll see that

there are some categories here once we
start filling in and once you start

filling in your projects.

Into here we're going to start having

other freelancers who can go in and start
bidding on these projects or contacting

you to bid on your projects so you can
put them U.

And the beauty of this program is that
those freelancers are going to be

subscribers. So when they're listening for say a real

estate funnel job that's posted, they're
going to get notified of a new job that

comes up.
So this will be instantaneous.

We're going to be moving, moving, moving.

So as you and your interest, let me take

you through this so post a job.

You'll come in here and you'll see you

know your account and you're not really
setting up an account.

At this point it's very simple to post a
job, give us a description on the

product, use a catchy title, try to stand
out.

So here is a real estate company.

Looking for more leads and then you would

drop down and say real estate funnel,
city anywhere.

It's just anywhere.

And then here be very specific.

How many pages, you know who's writing
the content?

Is the freelancer responsible or will
they be provided content?

What functions are needed?
What is the client expectation?

You should be getting some of these
expectations you should have learned as

part of the funnel closer project.

You should understand what those

expectations are so.

We need a simple three page funnel.

To collect leeds.

For real estate buyers interested in,

say, you know, Dallas, texas.

And Page 1.

Content will be provided by the real
estate company and if you don't want to

mention the company name, you don't have
to.

That's the beauty of this thing is you
don't have to say this specific person

and so forth.

This is your client, so go ahead and you

know, write this out and we'll also
provide pictures and other content for

the first page.

Ok functionality also you could put it

like this or say you know function
functionality for Page 1.

Page will capture name.

Email and phone number then information

needs to be put into a MailChimp.

I'm just making up what software they use

account. And the client needs to be text.

Messaged with the new lead, so that's one
example.

And then page 2.

Available properties.

In the area and this will be.

Provided by the client.

Page 3.

Contact form for the client.

So I'm just making something up right
now, but put in the functionalities, put

in exactly what needs to be done because
you're not going to expect these

freelancers to be able to come back and
give you a realistic time frame on doing

something if you're not being upfront and
so forth.

So you know there's going to be a lot of
projects going up into here and the key

of this is you have to be descriptive
because if you come down here and say the

compensation. It's 5$ for example.

And they go up here and look and it's
just like, hey, that's not worth my time

for 5$ you know what I mean?
So if it's worth 500$ and the free

Freelancer reads this and says, hey, this
is a great project, this is something I

want, they're going to click sign up and
take action.

So 500$ for the setup.

Set up.

Geez, typing today of the three page
funnel.

So maybe something up here like you?
Are not responsible for writing.

Typing today, getting me today.

Oh my goodness the Can you believe that I

actually wrote a book in 48 hours and now
I can't even type a sentence?

Alright, so you are not responsible for
writing the content for the pages.

So 500$ set up the three page funnel.

On the software platform of your choice.

How to win this project?
You must host the funnel on your

software. The client is not interested.

In buying.

And managing new software.

Please be able to show other.

Examples of real estate marketing leads.

That you have created before.

And then example of companies, so you

know ABC real estate or whatever the name
of that real estate company that you know

they want to mimic and then go ahead and
find ABC real estate company, HTTP, HTTP,

colon, colon, www.abcrealestate
Companyright.com and that would be an

example of what it is that you're looking
for.

And then you put your email.

Address so I'll just go ahead and put

matt at scaleup media dot com.

That's just one of my email.

Addresses everything looks good.

I'm going to go ahead and review my ad.

So I go ahead and click.

So this is the review portion.

Everything looks good.

And I go ahead and submit now, an

activation email has been sent to your
email, address so this will go out.

Your email address and note also that
when this has happened that the job is

not posted yet, you need to activate it.

So let me bounce into that real quick.

So activate your job.

So you'll just go in here and you'll

click activate.
So here are all the things that you can

do. You can edit the job, you can deactivate,

you can delete.

I'm going to go ahead and click active.

So now job has been posted successfully.

So here's the job.

So you'll see it right here.

So let me go back to the board.

And you'll see the job of right here
posted.

So real estate company looking for more
leads.

So the person is going to be able to you
know click in, look, the freelancer will

be able to click in and look.

It has all the information on how to win

the job.
All the information on ABC Real estate

company anywhere real estate funnel.

And then here's an example website.

So that's an example and so forth.

So it's all here now the beauty of this

platform. Is that freelancers will be able to

click, let me just go back to you, see
what I clicked on.

We'll be able to click view all real
estate funnel jobs, and that Freelancer

will be able to opt in right here.

So say whatever domain, and they'll be

able to opt into their email.

Address so they'll get notified every

single time a new job is posted and then
they'll be able to contact you based upon

that. So I'm pretty sure I set up for some

jobs. So I'll go ahead and find where that

looks. All right.

So cool.

So here's one.

So here this came in and you can see
right here that the.

I could see the details of the job.

I can see all that and you know you'll

see here is the job at funnel closer and
so forth.

So this is what it's going to like, look
like for that end user so that I can come

in and apply for this job.

I can respond back.

You've received this information, I can
click into it and i deleted that job by

the way, so I can click into it, you
know, see what's going on and go in and

apply for these jobs based upon that.

instead of going through the system.

here is, go ahead and say please email me

at put your email address and I'll go
ahead and update the software to make

sure it says to put in your email address
so please email me at matt at scale media

dot com, for example, because you know, I
want to make sure that people can contact

you fairly easily and you know, I don't
want to have it go through and the whole

job. Application process. I don't want

something to break in the process, so
just go ahead and put your information.

Please email me at your email address to
be able to, you know, win the project,

win the job.

So that being said, they'll be able to

see it right there.

Please email me at or call me.

Give away how to win this project.

Give them a way to contact you.

That would probably be the best way to do
it.

The software is set up to allow them to
respond to the email and connect.

Directly with you with a double-blind opt
in.

But I really don't want to mess with all
that stuff right now.

Let's just give these freelancers an easy
way to get in touch with you.
