and it seems Ms Priestley
and her entourage

shot by a rival trafficker.

It was felt that
Miranda was over-reaching,

stealing business
from more established

drug-trafficking operations.

So, a strong warning was sent.
That was just a warning?

Well, according to the case file,
both sisters were devastated,

but Miranda, as seems to be her way,
refused to be cowed by it.

She and Corine doubled down and
fought to protect their business.

And what about the daughter,
erm, Daloris?

Adopted two years ago.

There are no indications as to why
Miranda wanted to be a mother.

And Liam Calder -
how does he fit into the set-up?

Miranda's head of security
is his official title.

He's ex-military.

He joined Miranda's team
about three years ago.

Does most of her dirty work.
Does that make him a suspect, then?

Well, we certainly can't
rule it out,

he's used to handling firearms

to form her plan.

And all she needed to make it work
was another gun

the same calibre
as Harley's 9mm revolver.

We know Liam Calder carried a Glock.

And I wouldn't be at all surprised
if Miranda had her own gun, as well.

So, earlier that evening,
I think Miranda came down here

to set the scene to look like
a suicide would take place.

First, she'd get Harley's gun

and fire a single bullet
into that wall there.

Now, as I thought,

the noise of the gunshot
would be muted with the door closed,

so no-one in the house
would have heard it.

She'd then place the gun
very carefully

somewhere within easy reach,
but probably on the desktop,

and then she'd proceed
to type the suicide note.

Then all she had to do,
with the scene set,

was wait till later that evening.

Because the farm manager said
Harley would come down

to the office every evening
to check the next day's orders.

with a different 9mm-calibre gun?

or her own gun.

Then, while they were here outside
the office... MIRANDA: Harley.

Miranda must have aimed
the gun at him a second time.

And his survival instincts,
like any of us,

would have made him scrabble
into the office, shut the door
and lock it behind him.

Likewise, he saw the gun and
must have grabbed it for protection.

But, with only a few seconds
left to live,

there was nothing else
he could have done.

would be to find the bullet,

remove it, and then dispose of it.
