So once we were in the stairwell,
he was in my physical space.

He was coming for my mouth
with his mouth.

As reaching up under my skirt
with his, like, disgusting,

long, gross, fingernails, like,
just such an unkempt...

As soon as I got close enough,
I could smell him.

And he smelled bad.

It was aggressive,
it was forceful, it was fast.

It didn't even occur
to me to scream.

And there have been victims the
entire time since then.

In our industry, when someone
like Ron is your abuser,

he's everywhere you turn.

how Ron's still the megastar.

So, at this point in 2017,
there is a pretty lengthy list

of women that have come
out against him.

Some of the allegations against
Ron Jeremy in this case

date back to, I believe,
as early as the early '80s.

But it doesn't really explode into
the public consciousness until 2017.

There start to be media reports.

People start to come out
and accuse him of rape,

accuse him of groping.

And Jeremy was again, kind of,
like, a kingpin figure there.

It scared a lot of people
into silence for a lot of years.

Ron called me the first time
that they had came

and started questioning him.

He just thought it was some hogwash.

You know, because he said,
"Kianna, these stories, like,

"what the hell is going on?

"This just is absurd.
It makes no sense to me."

There were a few different attempts
at prosecuting Ron for these cases,

but they were all
in different states.

They were looking into
legal cases against him,

but no-one had anything
that could stick.

So, it looked like he was allowed
to get away with it.

Ron Jeremy dismissed them
as old accusations.

And then, when he was interviewed,

he just flatly denied that he'd
done anything wrong.

How do you respond to
all the charges

against the woman suing you?

Look, I could sue that guy
for wearing brown pants.

In this country, you can sue
for anything, you know?

It was dropped by the DA.

Yeah. That says it all right there.

And then, what do you do?

You could sue for a bad
fashion statement. Yeah.

"Those pants don't match
that shirt," you know?

But that's how it is.

But the DA knocked it down,
so it doesn't exist anymore.

In America, anybody can
sue for anything.

That's the greatness of America —

He obviously knew these things
had been floating for a long time.

I believe this is the first time
that you almost started to see the,

kind of, the arrogance he has taken
towards some of this.

he doesn't understand why

he's being persecuted.

Ron is getting old.

He's frail and mentally incompetent.

He's fragile.

More so the past 4-5 years.

was in May of 2020.

He was in a West Hollywood hotel.

It was kind of weird to me.

I said, "Ron, why are you at this
hotel? You live across the street."

"Oh, my house is so messy. It's OK.
Anyways, come meet everybody."

And I was like, "OK."

So, me and Ron are catching up
like old times, like we always did.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

And Ron was walking around
in the room, and he said,

"Hey, Charity, follow me.
I want to show you something."

So, that's when I followed him.

And I wind up being in a bathroom.

Soon as he opened the door...

I followed him,
and he slammed the door.

And that's when I saw the
devil in disguise,

because he got very violent with me.

He pushed me up against the wall.

He was going towards my breasts,
and I'm fighting him

and I'm screaming at him,
and he was getting very aggressive

with me in that bathroom.

And that's when I got really scared,

because I'd never been locked
in a bathroom with Ron.

It just got so volatile
in that bathroom,

and I wasn't having that,
so I fought him.

And, while he's still trying
to unravel my clothes and grabbing

my hands, trying to put it on
his penis, like, he was trying with

all his might to rape me
in that bathroom.

I'm screaming at him,
and he's still...

His mind was to rape me.

My mind was to get away from him
and get out that bathroom door.

And I got loose.

And I'm one of the lucky ones
that broke free from him.

I just stood there in
the hallway at this hotel room,

and a shock, like, my whole
world just stood still.

It's hard to explain that feeling
when you're almost being raped

in the bathroom from a friend
of yours for 26 years.

And then, you're in the hallway,
and you're like,

"Did that just happen?"

And I remember this day
like it was yesterday.

And I think I always will.

When he did that to me that night,

it was a betrayal on his side.

And that's the hard part, because
I was such good friends with him

for all those years,
and I never knew nothing about that.

As things got on with him,

that he's been doing this
for all these years,

and I never knew anything about it.

Takes years and years
for a criminal case to be built.

I don't believe the delay
was a matter of

police not investigating.

It was a matter of police getting
enough women to come forward.

Finally, they had four different
women and were able to use that

as the basis of an investigation.

Legendary porn star Ron Jeremy
has been charged with

sexually assaulting four women.

The now 67-year-old, whose legal
name is Ron Jeremy Hyatt,

is charged with forcibly
raping three women and

sexually assaulting another.

He's pleading not guilty.

Jeremy more or less looked
like he was in space.

He was a little glassy-eyed.

a speedy arraignment.

Initially, his bail was
set at $6.6 million.

He's absolutely innocent
of the charges.

It's not a close call.

Everyone knows Ron Jeremy is.

He's been with over 4,000 women.

The initial part of his argument was
when Jeremy meets women in bars,

or women meet Jeremy in bars,
they expect or almost want,

to be groped, to be grabbed.

It's Ron Jeremy.
He's going to do these things.

And I'm not really sure how
that'll go in court.

When I heard Ron got arrested.

When the MeToo movement

All you had to say was, "Me, too".

This case makes no sense
because it's political,

because the DA needs to throw the
book at somebody like Ron Jeremy.

people who describe being

violently attacked by Ron.

I've never met those women.

Whether Ron did the most horrific
things or the most loving things,

like, it's light and dark,
like, it's yin and yang, like...

But can you separate...?

Ron has a lot of people
that are on his side.

hate mail from Ron's fans.

"You knew he was a porn star.

It doesn't bother me any more.

But it's sad.

wake up and realise

they're behind a serial rapist.

When he was arrested,
dozens and dozens of women

came forward to the
LA County Sheriff's Department.

The floodgates, for lack of

it probably wasn't safe to come

forward until he was put in custody.

come forward until July or

August of 2020, I believe.

Ron has taken from me
two decades of my life.

Two decades ago, I was untouched
cracked Hollywood, you know?

I'd set out my dreams to do.

And it was taken away from me
in five seconds.

I have to relive it
every single day.

with PTSD after it.

But for me, the most devastating
part of it is many people

hid the fact they knew who he was —

has been hit with yet

more assault charges.

He faces 300 years in prison.

This case has ballooned
from the initial day

the complaint was filed.

Jeremy is facing 34 counts
of various forms of sexual assault

levied by 23 different women.

the better part of two decades.

It's more charges than
Harvey Weinstein faced.

Jeremy is put right up there
against Weinstein, Bill Cosby,

as this celebrity sexual predator.

For the last year, I've been going
through this whole terminal

of what I'm going to face in court,

because it's going to court on
a forcible rape charge.

He is going to use the defense,

"Oh, well, you know,
girls chuck themselves at me."

I never chucked myself at him.

I never asked for his autograph.

I never let him touch me.

Today, I give evidence for
the first time against Ron Jeremy.

Since I've been in LA,
I have not slept at all.

I'm a nervous wreck,
and I'm exhausted.

But it's time to go to court...

and get Ron Jeremy charged

with how he raped me 20 years ago.

the grand jury made it so real.

I've just got back to my
hotel room, from the courthouse.

I walked out of the courtroom,
and I absolutely broke down.

I didn't realise how tough
this was going to be.

And this is only the first stage.

I don't think most people understood
the level of predatory behaviour

that he was engaging in.

It's so violent,
and it's so horrific.

The allegations against Jeremy
do get more violent over time.

The way it's describing the court
documents would paint Jeremy as

getting older, getting more
physically diminished,

and growing more aggressive.

The allegations that predate
at least 2010,

they're more in public.

Whereas when you get into the 2010s,

he's been accused of forcing himself
on isolated women in bathrooms,

and is definitely more predatory.

Ron's hunting ground was the
Sunset Strip, was the row of bars

in West Hollywood.

There's incidents you see
where the victim is isolated,

where the victim is inebriated,

where the victim is lured somewhere.

There's one case where
a woman and Jeremy meet...

He hands her a drink,
and she immediately becomes,

by her own description,

She goes back to his apartment,

continues to be sick,
continues to vomit.

In between puking,

she alleges that he tried to
slide his fingers into her vagina.

She's saying no —
But again, she's, you know,

she's been vomiting profusely.

She is in a very weakened state
and can't fight back.

20 years ago, Ron wasn't being
accused of drugging women...

Where now, he is.

So, you can easily see
that the allegations changed,

and clearly so did the behaviour.

I feel like I have to believe

that people knew that
he was as violent as he was,

because there are so many
accounts of it.

Ron Jeremy was always considered
a star in our business because

he was genuinely liked by people.

of picking her up by the waist

and digitally penetrating her
at that point.

The event was a rave.

It was called
Almost Better Than Sex.

I went to the event. I drove Ron.

It was just the
two of us in the car.

And it was fun, it was a fun event.

Just rave music —
Whatever that was back then.

I was never a big raver.

Ron was paid to be there,
and he was the emcee.

And they had a dance contest, and
the winner got a nice cash prize.

The witness, Jane Doe 5,

says she was 15 years old at
the time of the attack.

Jeremy's assistant offered
her his vodka cranberry cocktail.

So, that would have you.
That's absolutely me.

I'm the only one who's ever
been Ron's assistant.

At that rave, I certainly
didn't give anyone alcohol.

And then, she says that Ron
inserted a finger into her vagina.

I, you know, whenever I
went out with Ron,

I was never around him
100% of the time.

Does it worry you, though,

that people might think
that you saw stuff?

If you were with him 5-6 nights
a week, surely you must know

where the bodies are buried.

No, I don't lose any sleep
over my relationship with Ron.

If I was culpable in any way,
I'd have been arrested, too.

I'm not — and I never will be,
because I had nothing to do with

the highly inappropriate things
that he's accused of.

I mean, I'm so conflicted,
because Ron was so close to me...

And still is.

But I have a lot of compassion

and understanding for the women
that have accused Ron.

The man that I have been
friends with this whole time

has been an absolute monster
in disguise.

You wouldn't think that
this is the kind of stuff

that he's really doing when
no—one's looking...

But he's doing it when
we are looking,

and everyone's just
looking the other way.

I think Ron was a sex addict
at the top of the scale.

It's a guy who's lost complete
perception of morality and reality.

I mean, literally a guy like that
could assault 3-4 women in a night.

He had a lot of women
that were thrown at him.

So, imagine those women
at his feet, at his mercy.

I think there's hundreds...

of victims out there.

People don't want to hear
bad stories about their heroes.

People don't want to think that
a man that they've watched

have sex with thousands of women,

and they pleasured
themselves to it...

They don't want to hear that
that person's a predator.

My friend, 100%, became a predator.

Right in front of me!

Right in front of my eyes.

Ron had the ability to
persuade people,

to fool people,
to think he was a nice guy.

So, for me, I need closure.

Ron is in prison right now,
and I hope he stays there

till the day he dies.

Ron has had free rent
in my head for 20 years.

I refuse to allow him to
let me be a prisoner

of his actions any longer.

He needs to pay for what
he did to these women,

and for what he did to me.

I'm going to pray for him
for the rest of his life,

and hopefully,
he asks for forgiveness.

I'll pray for him.

But that's all I want for him.
That's all I'll do for Ron.
