This chapter will be a quick time lapse
of my texturing process.

The core of this course is to show you
the whole pipeline of customizing a Metahuman,

and not necessarily to teach you how to use software
like Blender or Substance Painter.

So when it comes to standard
workflows and tools,

I leave it to you
to use the tools as you like.

That means there won't be a commentary
for the rest of this video.

What I do, is build up the textures in layers.

First, finalizing some important details
like the scars on the face,

then adding the tattoos, and then adding

further layers like dirt and war paint.

I will show you three different textures
that I created:

The Viking, the Warrior,
and an Alien-like texture.

And in the next chapter,

we will then export the final textures
and set them up in Unreal Engine.
