Her only option to avoid ending up
behind bars was to betray Aníbal.

She had enough reason to.

But we assume that in the end
she decided to break our deal

and tell him that we were after him.

They planned to run away together
and disappear with the money.

All we know for sure is
that Candance did find out.

And Aníbal caught her.

to clarify what happened was Kimmy Dale,

She was the one who revealed the existence
of the tapes to the police.

Officially, the case remained unsolved.

But we guess that, like us,

Gallardo kept investigating
all these years.

were looking for the tapes.
