In this lesson, we're going to discuss the merger by Amazon mindset, sometimes what it takes for you

to be successful is to find some kind of motivation to achieve your goal with much.

In a lot of cases, it would be to overcome some kind of pain or satisfy a desire.

For some people, it might be that they really hate their job or working for people in general, or

they just want to get out of the nine to five trap.

So they use that pain to push themselves to be successful.

Then you have the more aspirational people at the other end of the scale who want to earn five figure

a month and be able to go on holiday whenever they want and drive the best cars and live in the best

home or give their family the best lifestyle, etc..

Whatever your goal is, focus on it, write it down and keep it visible in front of you and break it

down to smaller chunks or stepping stones or goals, if you like, celebrates each achievements until

you hit the bigger goal.

One thing I like to do is set a target and a stretch target.

Then I actually aim for the stretch target.

Nine times out of ten I would hit the stretch target and worst case scenario I would fall slightly short

of the stretch target.

But I always end up beating actual target.

See, most of us underestimate their capabilities and aim for less than what they're actually capable

of.

So stretching yourself is a great way to unleash your potential.

Then I'll break down my target to daily targets and also the activity that is required to achieve my

daily target.

So, for instance, go and buy the 80 20 rule.

I know that I have to upload at least five to ten times the amount of sales I want to achieve for the

day.

Just as a benchmark of productivity at the hundred KTAR, I'm able to upload five designs a day, which

is a lot.

So if I was to aim for 100 sales a day, then I need to fill at least a thousand slots a day.

Obviously, those designs uploaded won't translate into sales straight away, but as we know, it's

a numbers game.

The more designs we have up, the more chance we have to sell.

So find your pain or desire and focus on what motivates you to achieve your goals.
