At top speed, that would take us
150 years to get that far.

the transmission has been

The arrival of those people
on the planet directly coincides

with World War Three on Earth,
a nuclear cataclysm

that left 600 million dead
and governments destroyed.

The broadcast frequency
from the surface is obsolete,

restraint in ascribing motivation

to what are now
simply unidentifiable energy bursts.
