So my experiences today with children

that enrolled two and a half years ago
and who are still my centre,

and as a KUMON instructor
(I'm) really striving for me to be

alongside the children
who are doing so well with KUMON,

who are, you know, fighting every day
to day KUMON worksheets and progress.

So it's very fulfilling.

We apply the methods to make the children
better individuals

and the child wants to learn.

And what we do is we just provide
a platform and a method for them to do it.

So our interaction with children;
they're always positive. when you see

how happy they feel with learning.

That's what we want
to do with KUMON.

With KUMON want to encourage the students
to learn by themselves

so we don't position ourselves
on the pedestal.

but we help the student to identify where they are, where their area of improvement is

and remove any obstacles so they learn how to learn by themselves.

And so in that sense,
KUMON is rather different.

The way education is going to be provided,
it will be much more horizontal

and much more skewed at the centre
than it was in the past two hundred

and fifty years since, let's say,
Napoléon's creation of public education.

So KUMON is, in a way, the future.
And that the student can profit

Now from that. They will have
a competitive advantage,

irrelevant in whichever
education system they are.
