this storm is cutting a path of destruction along the gulf coast.

it’s been pouring rain for hours, with almost zero visibility.

[Reporter 2] Collapsed structures have trapped people and widespread

flooding has isolated residential areas.

Frantic calls to 911 have overcome the emergency system.

Anyone who chose to remain in the city or somehow did not get the evacuation order,

they must rescue themselves at this point or they will need to ride out

the storm until rescuers can get to them once again.

As for now, as you can see the conditions are just too treacherous.

settled in the soil once they drained the water. The water from levee brought in an

infestation of mosquitoes with the West Nile virus. Among other diseases

that settled in the soil with the stagnate water.

But if a garden has a high level of silver nitrate... It would be contaminated.

And anything that was ingested you would see it on their skin.
