says that Andy was belligerent

the part where they shot him.

investigation about the shooting.

No witnesses, no crime scene photos,

No one's even allowed to interview them

in the first 48 hours after a shooting.

Because it's so traumatic.

But really it's just so they have time

to get their stories straight.
