does have all of the parts.

What about the reflector fuse?

No reflector fuse has been stolen,
according to my information.

OSCAR: But it doesn't make sense.

How can anybody sell an atomic bomb
when they don't have all the parts?

Unless they've already stolen
one of our reflectors...

and the paperwork hasn't
caught up with us yet.

I can vouch for that.

What if some highly trained person...

was able to manufacture
his own reflector fuse?

No. It's the most complicated
component of the bomb.

There are only a handful of us
who know how to assemble it.

we ought to get maximum security...

the shipping of these reflector fuses.

so therefore, you must've been
tampering with that reflector.

We have made visual

All other interceptors return to base.
