characterize the conditions of

the victims' bodies?

They appear to have been

tortured.

By burning and lacerations.

about the manner in which all

three of the women disappeared

from their homes?

In each case there was no

sign of forcible entry.

And what does this usually

indicate to you, Detective?

Well, that the victims and

the killer probably knew each

other, and that he gained access

through voluntary action on the

part of the victims.

and abductor are, in fact, the

imperfections that make

it unique.

There's no question to the

findings that that car was at

the site.

transport the bodies there?

recently cleaned

and vacuumed and detailed.

the victims as being quite

bloody and mutilated.

not even a single microscopic

piece of evidence was found in

Martin Darius' car?

been very recently cleaned,

regular, commercial cleaning of

the vehicle would have destroyed

every single piece of evidence

of bodies so mutilated, every

microscopic trace?

that Martin Darius

by the name of Peter Lake.

Nancy Gordon was sure that he

was the Hunter's Point murderer,

but he got away.

As you can see, Your Honor,

they are clearly the same man.

Nancy Gordon believes that he is

killing women here

just like he did in

Hunter's Point 10 years ago.

the stand telling me this?

soon after that she vanished.

We're looking for her, but we

think that she was abducted

so that her testimony
